This recipe video details the step by step process of making pink sauce pasta. Pasta originated in Italy and it has gained popularity across the world. The variations of the pasta mainly depend on the type of sauce(white sauce pasta, red sauce pasta or pink sauce pasta) and type of pasta used(penne, fuseli, macronning, spaghetti etc.). Each of the regions add their slight variation in cooking process and herbs used. In this recipe I have provided instructions to make white sauce pasta, red sauce pasta and pink sauce pasta.
Preparation time - 45 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Pasta - 2 cups
Onion -1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 4
Green pepper -1/4 cup
Yellow pepper- 1/4 cup
Red pepper -1/4 cup
Broccoli - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1.5 cups
All purpose flour -3 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 2 tbsp
Oregano - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 /2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 tbsp

I tried the recipe and it turned out to be amazing, except the fact that lumps were formed when I put the milk in the maida and butter mixture although my milk was at room temperature but all in all it tasted great
