    According to the manual installation instructions, the system should not be powered up, before you run the flushing procedure! I gave a "Thumbs up", anyway. But thank you for the great illustrations.

    How does this work without a faucet? Not sure we have room in our RV for a dedicated faucet, but don't want to be washing dishes with treated water.

    If you don't have PEX plumbing, what can I use to install a tee into re-enforced braided vinyl tubing in our RV?

      I had the same question and upon further investigation I found that further downstream from the braided line it connects to PEX tube in my motorhome.

    The tee provided to me was faulty, water everywhere! There is no troubleshooting for this product when it doesn't go smoothly.

    Acuva - do you winterizing instructions or video. i.e. How to remover the small water tubing?

    • @acuva
      @acuva  Рік тому

      You can find winterizing instructions here on the FAQ page. acuvatech.com/faq/
      For removing the tubing, the question about shark bite fittings should help.

    Ok the feral on the faucet is completely different orientation that another post acuva did on the same system??? what way is it???

      The correct way is demonstrated in the video (at 4:18), where the slightly larger slope of the ferrule enters the tube first.

    Will it run on 12V vs using AC adapter?

    • @acuva
      @acuva  Рік тому +1

      The ArrowMAX 2.0 can run on
      120-240V AC or 12V DC, and it can also run on a AC-DC converter. You can check the product specifications at acuvatech.com/product/acuva-arrowmax-2-0/

    So if you want the best and a company that stands behind their product then you may want to pass on this product. I had a professional installer put this product into my vehicle. Since the company was not an authorized installer they will not stand behind their product. If you install this yourself they will not stand behind their product. This install is not rocket science. I am a firm believer that when a product is faulty then the company should stand behind their product. For this unit to go bad and leak at this price point I would be very hesitant to purchase this. You don’t know till you know. So if you want to toss a good $500+ towards something, you might be better off investing in water bottles.
