She called it "the one with the heavy thing!". I've not done it for months though - I have a very tight upper back - and need to do this more!

I found it's also helpful to massage your spine muscles (while lying flat on your stomach on the ground) with one of those massage guns. Specifically using the u-shaped thingy which hits muscles on both sides of the spine.
