    Ooooh, wonderful. Thank you. This was much harder than I was expecting. My old stretch teacher used to often end her classes with that final back stretch too. She called it "the one with the heavy thing!". I've not done it for months though - I have a very tight upper back - and need to do this more!

    So nice 👍 I have very stiff thoracic spine so need this .. thankyou so much mam form my heart.. save this video and practice everyday . Thanks again mam .

    I found it's also helpful to massage your spine muscles (while lying flat on your stomach on the ground) with one of those massage guns. Specifically using the u-shaped thingy which hits muscles on both sides of the spine.
