I repair and restore furniture ( 38 years ) I like the dresser refinished that the veneer was angled nice design. I've done lots of pieces that I would of like to kept. Keep up the good work.
@@dougscott9524 you mean the chifforobe piece? That was so fun to find underneath that ugly teal paint! I can only hope to do this 38 years! Thank you for watching!
I haven’t watched the full videos on most of these yet, but now I can’t wait. It amazes me how you can turn an old messed up piece of furniture into lovely and useful again! The chiffarobe, which I had never heard the name of before, is stunning. My cousins had something like this when they were little and I ended up with it for my kids too! What you did with it almost made me cry. All of these are works of love and art. Now to a wonderful and productive 2025 for you! Thanks for sharing 😅😊🎉❤
@merrilymreid the chifforobe was a fun one to do for me - it was not a client piece so I had the freedom to do whatever I wanted. As soon as I saw the veneer though...I just knew I was staining it. I hope you enjoy the full videos :) they can all be found in my Episodes playlist! These pieces are so special ❤️ thankyou for all your support!
Katerina, I am very impressed with your finishes! New Subscriber here. I have been doing this kind of refinishing for almost 60 years. I started young! It is as if each piece tells us what needs to be done to it to be its best look. ❤
@ I had a really good teacher! My granny owned an Antiques store and refinished all her furniture herself! I spent a summer with her when I was young and not only did she teach me refinishing, also gardening and sewing!
