I dug out the po’s to play with the kids and needed a refresher, you went through everything in just the right order for my brain to get right back in. ❤
Absolutely continue with the series if you can. I've had my po 14 for a couple of years and thought I knew it well after watching loads of other tutorials. I've learnt extra things from watching yours and I'm definitely inspired to get it used more. Thanks for the video👍
Thanks Allan, glad you liked it :)
This is one of the best tutorial vids for a sequencer I've come across.
This was a very good structured and detailed explaination of all about po-14 - thanks a lot for this. Today mine arrived and now I have a good starting point for own music experiments.👍
Just getting back into the PO-14 and this video was a huge help! Thanks very much for the clear demo and examples.
Great tutorial, very comprehensive, thank you!
Brilliant tutorial. Thanks!!!
can't thank you enough for making this!!
Excelente tutorial! 👌
Thanks so much for this one. I was hoping your next PO vid would be the Sub. I couldn't quite get the hang of it at all in the way I did with 12 and 28. Really looking forward to jamming on it with this new knowledge. Also looking the forward to rewatching the video ✌️
Thanks for the comment !!! :)
Great tutorial! Really helped me getting started with the PO-14. Right near the end of the video you mention amplify the output to increase it from 1v to 3v. It would be great if you could post a link to an example amplifier either on eBay or Amazon etc... 🙏
Great video ! Thank you very much
You can use the play style to create a tune without inserting any notes on the steps. Also with the effects and play styles, when deleting them try tapping either key instead of long holding and you can chip out some of the style or effects rather than removing them completely.
Your tutorials are excellent!
Thanks, I get better on each deep dive. It can only go up from here. Thanks for the comment.
love this
I dig it!!
great vid!
thanks for the comment and support :)
I can't believe I never knew you could hold pattern and tap numbers up to 16 times to play them in progression. This changes things...
Yes! That blew my mind. This video will totally change my experience with the 14.
Hhaha,,, well that's great. I love when you find something new in something old. Cheer Avery, thanks for the comment.
With po 20 you can tap up to 120 times in both pattern and chord mode, That way you can make full length 8 bit tracks.
My favorite po
This thing looks really cool... Question, are the numbers set up like a piano? like, 1,2,3,4,5 if c,d,e,f,g? or is it do, re, mi, fa, sol, where you can change the key, etc? thanks for the deep dive!
On the back of the po-14 there are two copper points ( + and - ) next to a speaker symbol. Has anyone tried to make this into an (extra) output? I did and indeed it outputs the audio (albeit at low volume). But is there a sort of intended use for this?
Funny that in this PO 140BPM is TECHNO, while in several others the 140BPM is called TENCHO. :)
When I turn off the PO my patterns erase. There is no way I can save it, is that normal? It doesnt happen with K.O.
bro please make this type of videos for other pocket operators too
I want to, I started with 14 and 12 and the views and stats are bad, bad , bad. So I really don't think I am going to continue, because it costs money and time. But I guess I will do one of the Metal series and see if it can revive the series. Thanks for the comment, it helps :)
@@XNBeatsMusic congrats on these tutorials. KFgoing please!! wait for the numbers to increase, since these PO's are 9 years old and you cannot find much tutorials on them. the K.O. has a bunch of them, but not the factory or office. new users keep on coming to the PO world because its cheap entry level stuff. people will keep on looking for vids on them
@@nunoluz4173 Thanks for the data, everyone tells me something different hahahah. I guess each person has their own take on the PO's.
:) sub is a nice one.
