O povo português sempre foi complicado de governar, assassinou o rei e derrubou a monarquia principalmente por mostrar fraqueza ao dar os territórios entre Angola e Moçambique aos ingleses para evitar guerra, e no mesmo século apoiou uma revolução militar contra uma ditadura militar (e ninguém achou estranho), mas desta vez a maior motivação foi porque estávamos a morrer a defender os nossos territórios ultramarinos.
