    Sweet looking bike! Really like the upward sweep of the design. is it riding down the road, or lifting off like a rocket? Does the wide back tire have any effect on leaning or counter-steering? 9000 miles a year is a lot. I average about 6K.

    • @JTSouthernfried
      @JTSouthernfried  5 років тому +1

      Scooterwolf's Motovlog the wider back tire definitely handles differently and the fact it’s a low profile tire effects it as well. It took some getting used to for sure but I love it😎as far as counter steering it handles great and there has been a time or two that I think that wider tire gas saved my bacon but I’m sure someone would disagree. Do you still own that bike ? I just bought a 2011 Stryker and I LOVE it. I still got my Stryker, just a couple hundred over 18,000 now. Only thing I wish I could resolve is the wind. Got the Memphis Shades Bullet Fairing and it kept th wind off my chest but pushed it all on my helmet and was torture with the helmet buffeting. • @JTSouthernfried

    • @trevorjensen7628
      @trevorjensen7628 5 років тому +1

      I changed the intake as well and checked the 02 sensor. The only thing I didn't add that you did was the auto tuner. It starts up fine and will run for about 3 to 5 miles then die. Then if you wait a few minutes it starts back up and will ride perfect for another 3 to 5 miles then die. My shop and Yamaha cant figure it out so I am looking outside for opinions.

    JMO of course, but Yamaha and Suzuki could learn a thing or two about graphics and how to use them in the cruiser/chopper class of bike. LESS IS MORE!! I don't want to see big 80 numbers on the side of the bike. I don't want to see names like BOLT or BOULEVARD or some silly stuff like that. If you want to put some name on it...do it subtlety and that applies to the manufacturers name as well. From the big four of Japanese makers, Honda probably does it best with the Fury model. Less is more and you almost have to look for for the makers name. Again, JMO.
