    As always, utterly brilliant instruction. Answering questions before they need to be asked; this guy is amazing.
    So respectful of his students; which shows his level of detached and controlled aggression; allowing him to teach aggressive techniques, without being a bully!
    Thankyou again for this valuable, yet free advice and information!

    The placment of the leg after the strike is so important. Because it dictates your stance

    Love this video. Could you make a video about the top 5 moves to know? I love all your videos, but there's just too much content.

    I did a couple last night at work, didn't have the control, spur of the moment type thing, got his attention though 😉

    I just noticed the other day how much noise i make when holding the bag for fhe person kicking,....i was wondering if i was the only person on earth that grunted while taking knee blows while holding that tombstone pad......

    If that does not scare the heck out of somebody, just emotions alone I don’t know what to tell you. That was high Fidelity training

    That’s brutal training!… but…it has to be this way, to simulate street fighting. Plus, being the bag guy, you really feel the power you need to take out your adversary…great stuff, he makes it very real……you usually don’t get that with typical martial arts. Thanks….

    Jammer dat je deze lessen niet op meerdere plekken in Nederland geeft.

    If you put your hands in the back of their head you have more control over your opponent. Easier to grab the back of the head instead

    • @schoolofselfprotection
      @schoolofselfprotection  8 місяців тому

      Control is not always a good thing! It can work against you. I rather stun my opponent with an concussive clinch and follow up.
