      That turned out poorly too and was a harbinger for the MCU.

    Интересно, почему же режиссер провалившегося в сценарном плане фильма "Мстители:Финал" похвалил создателей, завершивших игру престолов? Сарказм, я знаю ответ.

    Please stop repeating the lie that it's the biggest grossing movie of all time, it's still Gone With the Wind. Endgame is fifth.

      Hollywood movies doesn't follow inflation. They have stated that numerous times by different directors.

    • @citronm1405
      @citronm1405 5 років тому +9

      Fuck Gone with the Wind!
      Way more people saw Endgame that will ever see Gone with the Wind.
      Saying GwtW is the highest grossing movie is like saying some ancient Greek play was the was the highest grossing movie adjusted for inflation for 2,500 years and Drachma conversion.
      It makes no real sense.
      More people see movies now than anytime in the past due to both population growth and film distribution.
      The the-numbers.com doesn't even make statistics for films before 1977 because the business was so different.

      @@gissneric Hollywood has a vested interest in seeing records broken, there is absolutely no reason to ignore inflation otherwise. If USA suddenly decided that the dollar should be worth what it was in 1940, do you seriously think they wouldn't recalculate the result based on what it was before that change?

    No, i'm here looking for anyone else wondering how the Russo's plan on feeding the half a universe of living creatures that instantly reappeared after 5yrs... Thanos's snap was a mercy compared to the hellish scenes that will now take place all around the universe as all living things begin to fight for the limited immediate resources available... All because Stark didn't want to loose his daughter...? That's not a sacrifice, that's the ultimate in selfishness!

    • @RandomCarrot2806

      How the hell do you lay that on Tony? He was the one most reluctant to do it in the first place and it was Bruce Banner that snapped them back into being. Tony had given up on the entire thing and settled down with a family, it was Scott Lang that came up with the idea and it was Natasha and Steve that decided to go ahead with it.
      On top of that, what does his daughter has to do with it? Do you think Tony rewrote the laws of physics that govern the MCU to make the time travel work differently or something?
      Did you even watch the movie or did you just glance at a summary of the story?

    I always thought Endgame was rushed as the beginning half of it was a boring snoozefest followed up with the most eye-rolling deus ex machina ever in a movie. But it seems as though Joe Russo is happy how it turned out.

    • @mindwarr
      @mindwarr 5 років тому +11

      It's always a good measure of taste to see what people say about the first half of Endgame. That stuff was so, so good. Thank god they took the time to just focus on character and let it all breathe as much as possible in a superhero blockbuster.

    • @andrewzuo86
      @andrewzuo86 5 років тому +1

      @@mindwarr Yeah, thank god they didn't do both plot and character because that would be impossible. Batman Begins built up the characters so well while getting me invested into this world. In Endgame the characters just talk about nothing for half the movie. "Hey, Thor, what'd you eat for dinner" "Just some pasta." That character development is just so, so good. And my point is that the first half of the movie is boring. Not that it's possible to convince yourself it's interesting by some thin justification.

    • @mindwarr
      @mindwarr 5 років тому +5

      @@andrewzuo86 I don't know what movie you watched, but everything the characters talk about in the first half is relevant to character development and plot. It's telling that you had to resort to some pretty odd, made up dialogue to make your point, because there isn't actually any scene that is about 'nothing' in there. But hey, you tried (I guess).

    • @andrewzuo86
      @andrewzuo86 5 років тому +1

      @@mindwarr Plot was probably the wrong word. I don't really have a good word for it except: not-trying-to-be-dreadfully boring. Here's what I saw in my viewing:
      - Steve's therapy session... again.
      - Ant-man coming back which is way longer than it needed to be.
      - And everyone asking each other if they think time travel is a good idea or not. (Of course it's a good idea, why are we watching this movie!?!) (Also this included the Thor scene where I paraphrased from)
      But you know it's telling that you had to resort to cherry picking out of context quotes to support your argument while completely ignoring the rest of my comment. But hey, you tried (I guess).

      You have to understand the movie is fan service. They give what the fans want. You might not be one of the fans but just look at the magnitude this movie created especially with the internet and streaming service. For people to pay money to see it in cinemas today is remarkable. Is it a perfect movie? Hell no, but fans loved it
