    I loved this. Especially when you said you were afraid to dive with someone that's fear-less! You're such an amazing role model for female explorers and especially my young 10year old daughter. On the way home from school we listen to your podcast together.

    I laid half dead in The woods alone unable to move after I gained control of my fear, and situation I decided I wanted to try to live I then crawled several hours threw the woods climbed inTruck to find my phone to call 911. Injuries are shattered pelvis shattered hip broken shoulder broke 10 ribs bruised femer bruised lungs severve hyothermia. Been 34 months been he'll but I am back
    Full recovery minus lots of daily pains. Controlled breathing saved me
