The best part of all these early songs is that they're really designed for audience/ listener participation. There's always a catchy chanting chorus that just begs you to shout along with the group. I've listened to this song so many times and every single time, as soon as the chorus hits, I'm 100% there for it 😅
In the concert setting this song worked the crowd up to fiver pitch it’s a fan favourite and always went down so well . Plus it’s so good to sing along to
This song always gets me so hype. Also really like the drums, which I think are traditional Korean drums? Reminds me a bit of Topp Dogg’s Arario with the traditional percussion sound. One group from Peak Time covered this as their introduction song on the show and then lost their minds when Jongup appeared later in the episode lmao it was really cute! Their stuff is very difficult to cover imo because of the rap and vocal lines are really distinct and their choreos, esp the early ones, are hella tiring. Jongup’s, one of the main dancers, dancing background is b-boying so I wouldn’t be surprised if that had some influence on their choreo and later in their career he and Zelo helped choreo some of their stuff. I do hope you have the live stage of SPY on your list because they have great stage presence there but it’s a totally different vibe from the two live stages you’ve seen so far from Warrior and this one.
That Peak Time moment was so great! 😊 I still follow that group, NTX. Their songs are ok, not amazing but they have some seriously good dancers and I love their enthusiasm.
@@aligensa Haha Jongup’s performance was epic. Even the original artist tweeted about it. I also remember there was a short going around of Jongup’s team doing another dance challenge and Jongup’s jeans were so ripped they were barely there. And all the comments were like why even wear them? Can they even be called pants at this point? Someone find this man a needle and thread. 😆 I’m honestly thinking about watching Peak Time again I loved it. Kyuhyun was so cute. I hope they do it again someday.
@@aligensa Probably both. I feel like Baekhyun is too skinny right now and he’s touring. Also Suho’s face looks thinner in his new mv. In Jongup’s case he was dancing so much for that show but he was also trying hard to keep his solo career relevant so I’m sure he was consciously trying to look like that. I caught a clip of a livestream he did today though and he looks healthy, normal, I mean by any mortal standards he looked inhumanly good on the live but he wasn’t as thin as on Peak Time.
@@aligensa That’s true. The best dancers are always super lean and flexible like Ten. But he just has that body type. A lot of idols are fighting their natural body type, like Onew or even Baekhyun who’s healthy base line is probably closer to that video of him at his vocal training evaluation at the end of his military. Even Taemin is significantly more muscular than he has been and he’s still amazing at dancing. I just think they should do as much as is still healthy but I understand all the reasons they feel like they need to go to extremes and that their schedules pretty unhealthy too. Immediately post military Jinki and Baekhyun in my eyes were just fine. But naturally skinny Ten (though I’m sure he also diets) is also fine. There shouldn’t be a cookie cutter standard but there is.
@@aligensa thanks for letting me know! I was pretty sure they were a Korean drum but didn’t know the name. I do love when Kpop uses Korean instruments the one I think of immediately is The Chaser from Infinite since they use a synthesized Korean string instrument and VIXX’s Shangri-La
No no no no mercy! Yeah, we are the B.A.P 🔥

100% it is such a sick song! I don't blame people getting worked out by this song!

This is a solid song. I have a soft spot for it because of Peak Time that another commenter already mentioned.
this song is so good!
