i am from j&K and have taken 9.55 lakh from person who is residing in delhi. i have putted 138 case against him and later he have filed fake FIR against me under sec 420, 506, 467, 468,471 in september 2016 till no challan has been filed by police
now he has stolen my cheque and filed a 138 case against me in delhi. but his FIR matter and his 138 matter is same....but jurisdiction is different..is it possible for some one to file a police FIR and cheque case against same person for same matter with different jurisdiction

Sir I was told that in 95% times petition from wife is accepted by Supreme Court mostly favour women ? Is this true ??
It is true but if we fight seriously with good arguments ,judgments and facts,result may be different.
