Actually the way the room change is wonderfully done, I've a cronical disease and have to take very heavy drugs for the pain and sometimes shit like that happens. Hallucination, uncontrollable laughter, I literally fall on the floor and... absurde behavior. And I take prescribed medications. I don't even want to think about the effects of various illegal drugs. Plus the director based the film on his own experience with addiction. Greetings from Italy :)

I hope you'll cover the Manhattan Virus from *Crysis 2* soon! It's a fascinating bit of alien bioengineering! Any additional info outside of the game to provide additional context can be found on the Crysis Fandom Wiki!
It's awesome you mentioned the Clown Motel. It was awesome when we saw it
Still binge watching RG, and wow I think I lost brain cells watching the first half of this video but thankfully the second half helped me gain them back 😂
Hallucinogens do not cause depression as an after effect. I accidentally dosed myself with 75 hits of lsd while selling acid in college. The days after were some of the most positive changes i made in my life around that time. I finally grew the balls to break off with my college gf that would date me for months, then cheat and break up....then go back out....for 5 yrs. I don't connect romantically with many ladies....more aptly...most don't connect with me. So i tend to fall hard in fast with anyone that gives me a lil positive feedback and isnt l opposed to the idea.
One anecdotal story doesn't detail actual clinical studies my man
@@RoanokeGaming ive been triping since i was 9 and I'm 41.....i have thousands of stories....you can trust your shoddy research or you can research some one who has 1st hand experience and over 30 yrs of it. You can pretend you know what you're talking about but you are speaking from pure ignorance..... meaning you are ignoring evidence being provided to you. You want confirmation from my shrinks, my Dr....i will authorize whatever is needed.
Or... alternatively....why has the VA recently supported the use of psychedelics for vets with severe depression, suicidal ideation, and PTSD?....or whu has Oregon legalized mushrooms for medical use....to treat drug resistant anxiety and depression and severe PTSD with suicidal ideation.
Connecticut passed a law last term that created funding for psychedelic treatment centers that will be using mushrooms, MDMA, and naturally sourced Mescaline (from cactus)
Heres one of the more recent articles showing why drs have been changing there minds more and more for the last few yrs.
"'Magic Mushrooms' for Therapy? Vets Help Sway Conservatives" www.military.com/daily-news/2022/04/17/magic-mushrooms-therapy-vets-help-sway-conservatives.html/amp
@@RoanokeGaming in some more recent studies psychedelics have been shown to decrease suicidal impulses by upwards of 700% and have proven to be effective all ike this after a single use....this is why eve NYS made ketamine inhalers legal because even clinicians have admitted that the clinical data shows, even one experience is many times more effective than antidepressant drugs or years of therapy. Seriously, dont try to prove yourself right....the internet doesn't want you to have new thoughts.....it wants us to stay republican, or conservative, or liberal.... because Buddha forbid we step across the aisle and extend some humanity and compassion to our fellow humans.
Yo Roanoke, been binging your vids a lot lately and wondered if by some chance youd ever be willing to try and scientifically explain Gremlins from the classic christmas film? If i have to wait til Christmas for it i definitely will lmao! Keep up the good content, I'll be watching!
This video was great all except for the part that you reminded me that I'm 43. Thanks a lot!
One of those movies that leave you sitting there for a few minutes before saying “what the fuck did I just watch?”
It took me a second but the force multiplier is actually a Po8 Luger, I screamed in force multiplier nerd when I noticed that
@13:45 as a new yorker, can confirm.
The cops' motto for the subway is "if you see something , say something"
but for the everyday New Yorker the motto is "if you see something, mind ya business"
29:58 Why did you watch this?
Because you're Roanoke, and you know we love your content, especially when it involves a little suffering on your part
Director: "This is metaph--"
Roanoke: "Ha! Like I'd let _that_ stop me! Now, scientifically speaking..."
Brains, brains, it's okay!
It doesn't matter if it isn't grey
And if at first they think it's strange
They won't think twice if they don't have a brain!
Gods above, this may be an anti-drug movie, but I guarantee you everyone in the brainstorming session was coked out of their minds
I love Frank Henenlotter films and this one is my favorite. It’s weird and fun and self-aware but then it takes a dark turn. I showed this film and Frankenhooker to my friends and they enjoyed them.
That whole history of Aylmer speech that the old man gives is ripped from The Maltese Falcon which makes it even funnier.
“ See Crackhead behavior “🤣🤣🤣 really got me rolling
Bro, I also remembered this movie like a fever dream. But it was so vivid that I knew it had to exist. After almost twenty-five years, I've finally found it.
One of friends showed me this movie and it is interesting to say the least, they were into pretty obscured movies
One of the few channels I look forwarded for each upload. Your up there with wendigoon and the rest bro thank you
Dude I just found your channel from deadspace, and I see one of my favorite movies. Absolutely baller
I don’t think the filmmakers put this much thought into Aylmer 😂😂😂
Not all inert gases are noble gases but all Noble gases are inert gases
I dont feel bad for Barbara she had it comming.
Its probably the only part that made me go "yes thank you" in this movie
I don't feel bad for her either sleeping with his brother you had it coming
I remember this movie from when I was a kid. I thought I was having a bad fever dream. But here we are
