Edit: The 0.8.1 alpha version of minecraft has no nether or end world and the map size is very small. Other than that it does work. Bare bones but if all you want to do is build and mine, this version will do that. The 0.8.1 alpha version will run on nearly any android device made within the last 10 years. I ran it on a craig 7 inch tablet that i bought at a drugstore. It was my first android device. Ran minecraft ok but crashed when you used the TNT blocks.
