What's good Kings and Queens hope everyone is starting their week off right . This video is on Boxing's most defining moments ending an era . Hope everyone enjoys ! Typo in video. I meant 4 kings. I said and wrote 3 Kings but talk about all 4 fighters part of the 4 Kings era.
I thought it was the 4 kings era with also including Marvin Hagler which who was left out. He was a huge part of that era with legendary fights and should have been mentioned.
I thought it was the 4 kings era with also including Marvin Hagler which who was left out. He was a huge part of that era with legendary fights and should have been mentioned.
Yeah I've always heard 4 kings. You could argue 5 if you wanna count Benitez. But Benitez only fought 3 of the kings so that might be why he's not counted.
I live in Boston, I met Marvin one night at a bar I play at. Great guy, one of my favorite fighters ever. He was the best of the 4 kings in my opinion.
I was like 3 Kings. Huh?? I count Benitez as the 5th King also. They all fought each other except Hagler & Benitez. Benitez fought Hearns when he should've fought Hagler at middleweight. He went to middleweight to fight Hagler a year later but he didn't have It anymore
Agree what you said about Don King, he ripped fighters off but still paid them more than other promoters. Having said that he killed 2 people so should have been in jail for life.
Favourite weight classes. Has to be Welterweight (big fan of the 4 kings). Would add Middleweight, obviously to encompass the 4 kings properly. Also as a Brit we were privileged to witness some absolutely amazing battles at Middle/Super between Eubank/Benn/Collins/Watson with the great Calzaghe coming in at the end, before the torch was passed to Froch. Would add Heavyweight even though the lack of big fights at the moment is a source of frustration. But again I saw the fantastic 90's era with Bowe/Holyfield/Tyson/Lewis with Mercer/Morrison/Ruddock etc providing a stacked division. Also have always had a soft spot for Light Heavy and Cruiserweight and don't think those divisions have always enjoyed the attention they deserve.
Always thought that last Angelo Dundee scene was heartbreaking. I heard Larry Holmes felt bad afterwards beating Ali for so long. Holmes was almost a replica of Ali stylistically too so watching that fight live must’ve been crazy
Top 3 fav classes right now are: Light welterweight, lightweight, and super middleweight. I'd be here all day with the matchups, but the ones I want to see most are Shakur vs. Tank, Teo vs. Regis, and Morrell vs. Benavidez respectively
Heavy weight Middle weight and Whelterweight. For the longest I wanted to see Crawford vs Spence even back when it wasn’t in the talks in media years ago but I’m glad it’s finally happening
@@helloman3676 if they were in their primes that would of been a crazier turnout . @OfficeHanchoBoxing you should make a when prime fighters fight prime fighters Series but idk if that’s the same as your best vs best series.
Getting my morning started with a fresh hancho vid. Good stuff as always. Hard to pick just one weight class as my favorite, but I'm very fond of the bantamweight class. The Morales vs Barrera fights were some of the best fights I've ever witnessed.
Thanks for another great video hancho saying this b4 even watching it coz they never disappoint u got boxing knowledge like few others and put effort into ur videos like even fewer others keep up the great work as always brother 💯🥊
I followed boxing almost as a first sport, then Pacquiao-Clottey. Wasn’t a bad fight but after that I stopped/couldn’t be bothered getting up at 3-4am to watch any fight, don’t know why but it’s last one I got up for the rest I’ve recorded or just didn’t care. That’s when my era ended.
For Part 2: *Floyd Mayweather Jr. *Mike Tyson *90s Heavyweights era *Bernard Hopkins *Felix Tito Trinidad *Late 90s to 2000s Featherweights era - Manny Pacquiao - Prince Naseem Hamed - Marco Antonio Barrera - Erik Morales - Juan Manuel Marquez - Kevin Kelly *Thai/Japanese Flyweight and Bantamweight era *Miguel Cotto *Ricky Hatton *Arturo Gatti *Micky Ward
Isn’t Yuri Ahbkachov the guy from the boxing meme video where he changes his facial expression quick af from happy to mad after being shoved at a weigh in?
Top 3 weight divisions: Bantam, Welter, and Super featherweight maybe it's my ignorance or simplicity but i love the heart that i tend to see in these classes
My top 3 all time favorite weight class in boxing are Welterweight, Middleweight and Heavyweight And my all time fave bouts in these 3 divisions are Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 and 4 Along with Pacquiao, Mayweather and Sugar Ray Leonard Fights Martinez vs Chavez Jr along with Hagler fights and Golovkin fights Tyson vs Ruddock 1 and 2 Along with Ali fights
Spence vs Crawford, Bivol vs Beterbiev, Canelo vs David Benavidez, are the fights I'm waiting for, dream match up is Inoue vs Rey Vargas at 126 if he can get past Fulton and the other Champ at 122.
Favorite weight classes are middleweight, welterweight, and heavyweight. 160 has nothing going on so sad, we already getting the undisputed welterweight soon, and I would love to see usyk vs fury or Joshua vs wilder
hancho would you consider reposting/having a mirror with less removed footage for patreon subscribers or something? you're one of the only internet people I would give money to and it would be really cool to see the older versions of stuff you had to chop up if at all possible
Favorite classes / matchups 1-Light heavyweight- Biterbev V Bivol 2-Lightweight- Tank V Shakur 3-JuniorFeatherweight- Inoue V Tapales Honorable mention- Super Middleweight- Canelo V Benavidaz
My favorite weight classes as of right now is welterweight and obviously it’s Spence and Crawford but after that it will be Victor Ortiz vs Jaron Boots Ennis then light weight which I would like to see either Shakur vs Haney or Haney v Davis or Davis vs Shakur and last is middle weight Sugar ray Robinson and Marvelous Marvin Hagler made this weight class for me I haven’t been fallowing it lately tho
Okay weight classes. My top 3 would be the Super Featherweight Division, Welterweight Divison, and the Middleweight Division just because Pacquiao was able to conquer those divisions y'all. But outside of the Pacquiao feat, the reason is the featherweight division is super underrated to this point that I'd like to see a Navarrate vs. Valdez. The welterweight is a no brainer for me, Errol Spence Jr. y'all. The middleweight division for me is the glamour division now. It packs a lot of fights that needs to happen. Special Mention to me will be the Lightweight Division and the Super Lightweight just because the fight there is exciting. Haney v. GOAT Tank where we at???
Every weight division goes through periods of floods of talent, and droughts of talent. Look at the lightweight and lightheavyweight divisions in the late 1970s into the mid 1980s. And look at some of the mediocre fighters who "challenged" Larry Holmes' for his world heavyweight titles. The yo-yo cycles affect all continents and nationalities of fighters.

Why do you upload so late?
Video was great. Gotta love the Yu Yu Hakusho music in all the videos. GOAT anime

He quit boxing after the robbery Vs Leonard. Never really had a decline.
I live in Boston, I met Marvin one night at a bar I play at. Great guy, one of my favorite fighters ever. He was the best of the 4 kings in my opinion.
There could be a part two
I was like 3 Kings. Huh?? I count Benitez as the 5th King also. They all fought each other except Hagler & Benitez. Benitez fought Hearns when he should've fought Hagler at middleweight. He went to middleweight to fight Hagler a year later but he didn't have It anymore

Ali’s team did him dirty too by letting him continue. Ali’s last two fights are some of the hardest to watch for me
Is there video footage of those last fights?
That Angelo Dundee sound clip is really sad
larry holmes crying after beating him. he knew…
Dude 😭
Good topic “Champions that lost and disappeared” id like to see that. Thanks for the vid, very high quality and entertaining as usual
I'm addicted to these types of videos. I'd gladly sit and watch another several hours of boxing history on the divisions of boxing.
A job interview and an office hancho vid on the same day? Life's looking good
