I’ve always ran Crispi my only complaint is the rubber sole ware out fast at least for me they have . I’m lucky to get a full year without the heal and the toes basically being smooth. But they are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever ran and I’ve had 3 surgeries on just my right foot ( missing joints in some of my toes/ metal plates ext)

I'm not sure but it could be due to your foot. What sole do you have on them? some soles wear faster than others.
I was looking hard at the Valdres on sale the other day. Interesting boot... Not that I need another pair
