The Russian “Dead Hand” system is more than what is described in this video. The Dead Hand system must be validated by persons in charge everyday.
For instance, if no one validates or “resets” the system each day, the computers that runs it initiates it’s failsafe program and sends missiles that fly across Russia. These missiles carry no warheads.
These missiles send encrypted radio signals to computers that activate the “Dead Hand” system and tells missiles silos, submarines and mobile nuclear missile battalions to launch their nuclear missiles.

Neither US nor Russia may use nukes in Ukraine -Russia conflict. In this conflict, there seemed to have enough wisdom for the Russians to surpass its nukes capability by adopting much pretty simplified and intelligent plans to achieve its goals.
It would be good for China and Russia to join forces together against the West and Nato in the event of a nuclear's war of any kind.
China is only concerned about business and enriching their country. They are not war hungry like Russia. China wants peace in the world so that they do business with every country.

If Russia infiltrated Ireland and rigged the elections putting in a pro Putin government in order to get nukes in Ireland facing the uk I think Borris would be waging his own special military operations!!
