So if I understand right, in the five-roller example, the first set of rollers gives the wire a known bend radius by overpowering the original bend, and the second set of rollers takes it out. Is that right?

Very helpful but in my production of rebar my machine is often "twisting" the wire ,so the horizontal bend sometimes became vertical bend.maybe you know why this twisting efect?
