In 10 years,Rimac and Koenigsegg will be regarded as 2 of the best automotive geniuses or all time. I always love too see videos with Koenigsegg or Rimac because you can feel their passion for cars. 🫡
That's nice customer service and Nevera is a truly great car, but this handoff is SOOO derivative of my 2023 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid delivery, #463 of 73,000. Noriya Kaihara of American Honda Motor Co. personally drove the car from Marysville Ohio to my condo's basement garage and Terumasa Kotada, chief engineer of the 11-th generation Accord, flew out from Japan to take me through the car's features. Honda CEO Toshihrio Mibe was a no-show, but he did sign the owner's manual. The two keys were presented in a Karakuri (Japanese wooden puzzle box) stained to match my new baby's Canyon River Blue Metallic paint. It was funny, Kaihara-san struggled to open the puzzle box but Kotada-san figured it out.
Honda USA, total class act. And a mind-numbing 204 horsepower!!

I was looking at the EB110 SS they had at The Event 3, and Mate walked right up to me and started talking to me without me even realizing he was there. Really awesome dude, and excited for what Bugatti Rimac can do together.
He really does seem like an awesome guy. Him gawking over the houses with mailbox’s made me laugh. Seemed like a kid in a candy store. 👍👍🤙🤙

Watch the Top Gear video of the two of them plus legendary F1 chief engineer Gordon Murray and John Hennessey (huh?); it's a little stilted but they're all interesting people trying to realize their visions.

Props to Mate Rimac. When this car first came out (concept 2) I thought it was amazing but didn’t look worth 2.5 million, but man it definitely is now! The details, craftsmanship, and care towards each buyer is unlike any other company!!

Gotta say that I’m with Michael on this one but not really for the same reasons. I’m a total petrol head, huge Elon fan and think the capabilities of the Plaid are insane but, electric car, build quality, lacking any kind of passion and soul makes it a massive no for me. But the level of detail and quality that Mate has drenched this car in is on another level and for someone who shouted from rooftops that he would never buy an EV this guy has won me over wanting one. Now……….🤔where can I find $3million haha

As someone who works closely all over the US with people from all over the world his comments on feeling like he’s in a movie hit home. I’ve heard those exact thoughts dozens of times driving foreigners around the US.
Appreciate you guys sharing this experience with us. When a car shocks people who DD supercars, you know it has to be absolutely wild. Imagine what it would be like for someone who drives a honda CRV. Also, I love that the Rimac has a bit of ground clearance.

Congrats guys what a machine! I think if you got an SSC Tuatara and put them on the dragstrip that would be the closest competition. I have been told that the nevera makes a bugatti chiron feel clunky. They are all amazing machines to behold in their own respect.
4:30 if this is only car #6 of 150 after Nico Rosberg received production Nevera #1 in August 2022, it shows Rimac is still ramping up to produce 25 substantially identical cars in 12 months, which is one FIA definition of a production sports car. I think they'll get there after the $hundreds of millions invested in Nevera production; they aim to make 50 a year. Meanwhile still no customer deliveries of the Lotus Evija and Aspark Owl hyper EVs.
The exterior is really surprisingly tame on these. I think I definitely like that baby blue spec a little bit more. Both great though
