If anyone hasn’t bought his programs for $25 their an absolute steal. It’s not you normal cookie cutter programs. This dude has changed the game for me!
I've been impressed with how you got so strong and continued inspite of sickness and injuries. And the transition to outdoors has been awesome to watch. Just keep expanding and learning. That's always been a steady part of life
Hey, Brian! I feel like we are friends. Your journey though the web is pretty amazing, from the begining of NEVERsate, to the collabs, better and better videos, it's expantion, to your surgery and all that mess, to Covid shit, to this transition in the wild and cabin and bushcraft etc etc etc. Happy holidays to all the readers!
IMO the correct Answer to "most transferable skill a person should have for life, lifting, family, friends, work, etc...." is discipline. Discipline - training that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental faculties or moral character I mean... it's right there in the definition. Training for proper mentality and MORAL (severely lacking in today's society) character. Be disciplined and relationships and CERTAINLY your lifting life will greatly improve. If you never hold yourself accountable (seemingly 90+% of the population) for ANYTHING - you'll be miserable.... like a majority of society. Discipline and "willpower" go hand in hand IMO and some could make a case they're one and the same. Ideally though, if you consider them 2 separate things.... I'd say it's 2 skills people need to be overall better at life - discipline first and foremost, and willpower. There is way too much "quit" in today's society it's disturbing.... and eagerness to play the victim/ blame game instead of holding oneself accountable for their own fucking life choices and situation. It's your fucking life.... own it. Quit looking for a fucking scapegoat every time something gets remotely difficult..... be disciplined... and have the willpower to BE disciplined. Quit quitting. You can never fail if you never quit. You just learn... and keep going... because you're disciplined. Save the "woe is me" pity party for your death bed/funeral.

I also need to add that I may have a glute weakness, I am working on that with hip thrusts
Your back is supporting your torso. But that’s why you need to know how to breathe in breathe correctly. It sounds like you’re not doing that. That is the first place that I would start looking my friend, I hope it helps!
@@BrianAlsruheOfficial Maybe I need coaching, even with a really tight brace (with or without a belt) where my torso feels unbreakable it still feels like my lower back is the primary muscle supporting my braced torso
If your back doesn’t hurt on a Romanian deadlifts or stiff like a dead lift then you are hinging in a different way for the row are you are for other hinging movements
@@BrianAlsruheOfficial hmm, will do some experimenting in the coming days and get back to you. Appreciate you taking the time!
