- Yanni has joined forces with the Oscar/Grammy winning producer, Ric Wake, to create new music and discover extraordinary vocal artists! Yanni and Ric's goal is to collaborate with prodigy singer/songwriters and put them in the most creative environment possible to reach their full potential. The two have settled into "Camp Yanni" in South Florida, immersing themselves in the studio producing new music...over 80 new compositions to date!
That piece is called 'Enchantment ' and can be found on the 'In My Time' CD. It is also on the 'Ethnicity' CD and a vocal version by Nathan Pacheco can be found on the Yanni Voices CD.

I was in shock when i saw his new look , I loved the old Yanni . but its ok he needed a new look for a new beginning ,
we have to respect that.

yep, i like the original yanni more. He is a king in the music industry and what ever he do will be yanni branded, but still i'm in love with old yanni music.

It all looks like a happy story to me for the great Yanni,he seems very happy with that.Every man seeks for some rest when he gets older,some moments to enjoy his life and forget the passion and the obsession that music may turn into.He wants to combine the two priorities.
That is because that mystic and romantic age of the man Yanni has set long time ago.I seek that type of touching and levitating music too.But I must search in his past,I'm afraid...he just can't have the same divine spirit when he was young.Some things vanish as the days pass sometimes...

In an interview , a few months ago, Yanni said that he cut his hair because it was getting in the way when he was swimming and snorkeling.

yes I thought that as well .... for after songs like Nostalgy and one man´s dream what else more is thtere to be done??? But then again he has been putting some awesome people together in such a colorfull way that goes beyond believes. So I would feel that he does actually Know best... take care
