The first ever desert park in Jaipur, is the best example of rewilding and restoring a refractile site with plant communities that are indigenous and with an aesthetic that is both pleasing and educative.

Kishanbagh has recreated micro-habitats of desert land. More than 100 species of trees, shrubs, seeds and soils were used in recreating this park. Along with restoring a desert habitat and reminding us of its history, Kishan Bagh also pays its respects to the people who inhabit it.
The restored landscape of Kishanbagh idealizes the ecology of the desert. Kishanbagh’s sand dunes are surrounded by water bodies and diverse plantations which makes it a perfect escape for those who want peace and fresh air away from the bustle of the city.
