"If you're not someone who enjoys raw broccoli, you're not alone! It's not very good." 😂😂😂 Made me crack up! Love your honesty! Plus, blanched broccoli is infinitely better than raw. 😋
Hahaha, I love broccoli, but not raw, unless blanched in a pasta salad. Surprising how amazing cauliflower is so dippable and broccoli is such a big fail.
All of these look delicious! My kiddos would love them too! Also, totally random, but I appreciate the audio volume on your videos. It's consistent and I have the ability to actually turn it up louder. Some other videos I watch are so low volume wise!
There are 3 things I’ve learned watching your videos Alyssia: 1. Everything can be turned into a chip! Simply Genious!!! 2. I need to get my hands on your magic knives - because it’ll cut my cooking time down by a billion lol 3. Everything will taste better if I use ying and yang salt 😝 Hahahaha😂😂😂😂😂😂 - but seriously - that first one is all that matters. Now I can officially live off of chips and justify it 🙌☺️😎
Gluten free and vegan?? Heck yes!! I would love to see more recipes, especially for bread, flatbread, and tortilla substitutes. I live in a rural area, so our selection of gluten free + vegan stuff is not really great.
God you have made such neat stuff on this channel. I swear, if you go back and see your recipes and watch now, you have never run out of creativity and i am so impressed by the work you put into the channel and the lifestyle you inspire in me. Thanks for your hard work, Alyssia and I can't wait to try making these crackers and mini pitas from scratch!
they all look great but i’m excited to try the white bean! it’s great to add variety bc hummus can get a little boring so i’m looking forward to having some new dippers too!!
Wow!! As someone who loves raw broccoli I had to pause the video to say... I'm feeling so personally attacked right now!! (just kidding ♥ but I do love raw broccoli!) I'm looking forward to trying the black bean dip. Thank you as always for sharing!
I really want to try the Sun dried tomato and basil dip! When I think it is almost impossible to create a vegan and gluten free meal with the nutrition we need, you proved me wrong one more time. I am not a vegan, but I am looking for more variety and creativity in healthy foods.
Is coconut oil healthier than olive oil? Coconut products are unspeakably expensive in my country, so will it do any harm if I switch coconut oil for olive?
So fresh and healthy.. Do dried apricots and other dried fruit have nutrition in it? I read that nutrition value thing on the back of the pack of dried apricots and it didnt really say it had much of anything in it. Can you please explain this?
Dried apricots definitely have nutrition facts, as does any food. If a package doesn't list it it was probably just the brands choice, although I think all packaged foods have to have them...
So excited about these bean dips! I love hummus but don’t love all the calories from the tahini, and these look like an awesome alternative 😍 making your own bean dip gets tiring sometimes
Mind Over Munch has a lot of "beandips" on the website. See if this search string works for you. (you might have to take out the spaces) www.google.com/search?&q=hummus+site%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fmindovermunch.com
Seeing the word vegan in your video titles make me so happy ❤️. Also, the footage of you dipping the almond into the hummus killed me hahaha nice one 😂😂
First, I had to thumbs up when I saw BENTO and the fact that this is an 'edition' dedicated to dips and dippers! Can I just heart this whole video?! Big ups for making your own mini pitas AND those herby crackers!! I am going to look like I really know what I'm doing when I make them both!! I absolutely am trying the last snack box!!
Hate endives... For some reason it's very popular in Belgium, we call it witlof. But you either hate it or love it. We eat it stewed, raw with mayo or in a dish called 'witlofrolletjes, this is endives rolled in ham with cheese sauce over it.
It’s not very good 🤣🥦🤣 Man, you got us all excited about this episode. Me and the littles made humus for the first time. We’ll make the petas later. Also, jicama is my jam! 👩🏻👧🏻👶🏻
Putting apple slices in salt water and drying seems to be a lot of effort to prevent browning. My recommended hack is much simpler: Bring the apple as is, also bring a knife, cut slices during the meal, until the apple is gone.
When I was a kid, small pocket-knives were not considered problematic items - at least as long as they weren't pointy and the blade was shorter than 5 cm. Such knives don't have super sharp blades, so it's hardly possible to seriously hurt anyone with them; be it yourself by accident or somebody else intentionally. A simple, fist-sized stone is a much more effective and versatile weapon. Getting such a "children's knife" (that's what the name used for the design in my native language translates to) was a rite of passage typically passed in summer between second and third grade at school; age seven or eight, depending how early the year the child's birthday was. I believe the paedagocical idea was to train responsibility and fine-motor skills - me and my friends used our knives mostly for whittling. But then: I guess those were very different times; when I was done with my homework my mom used to rush me outside to play and told me not to bother her until sundown unless somebody's bleeding.
2:04 "if you're not someone that enjoys raw broccoli.... you're not alone, it's not very good." Me: "lol, roasted! Well, blanched" *Laughs about this stupid joke for the rest of the video lol
I love those stainless steel boxes so much, for environmental purposes as well as aesthetics, but they're so pricey. I just can't afford one yet, especially that 5-section one that's $40. :/ But I DO love your ideas, inspiration, and methods! The recipes are Always so good!
thanks so much! You can of course sue anything to package the lunches, I use these mostly for presentation-they honestly aren't my favorite functional box but they look nice on camera :)
I love your recipes. And would love it even more if you could tone down the music a bit. It's so much louder than your voice. It would improve the listening experience :)
"If you're not someone who enjoys raw broccoli, you're not alone! It's not very good." 😂😂😂 Made me crack up! Love your honesty! Plus, blanched broccoli is infinitely better than raw. 😋
hahaha! Thank you!!
😂 that had me laughing too
This is funny. I actually started to eat broccoli only after I found out it is possible to eat it raw. I always hated the cooked one. :)
Hahaha, I love broccoli, but not raw, unless blanched in a pasta salad. Surprising how amazing cauliflower is so dippable and broccoli is such a big fail.
All of these look delicious! My kiddos would love them too!

Thank you so much, we really appreciate that!!
I hope you guys enjoy these snack boxes, healthy dips and dippers galore! Which one are you most excited to try?
Mind Over Munch bagel chips 100%! And raw broccoli is awesome to me.
Dying to try the apricot and red bean dip! I love unexpected combinations like apples and cheese or wasabi and nuts, so this is right up my alley!
The red-bean dip, it looks so good!
I like the black box! ☺️
Loved it! What about last week’s Friday night dinner video? Is there going to be a video this week? :) I’ve been loving the new channel!

Amazing choices for next regular school times!!!!for sure my kids love it!!! Me too
I've never tried jicama before. All of these bentos look delish. Thanks for sharing.
thanks so much, Silvie!! Jicama is so tasty!!
Gluten free and vegan?? Heck yes!! I would love to see more recipes, especially for bread, flatbread, and tortilla substitutes. I live in a rural area, so our selection of gluten free + vegan stuff is not really great.
Love the video bento boxes are so cute!!! Can I use another oil instead of coconut oil in the pita bread??
I want to try all of them. I love hummus, anyway. This really looks good.
I want to try all 3 but especially the black bean one! Everything sounded tasty.

Bagel chips !!! Loved the idea. These were awesome ideas.. Thankyou for all the effort!!
Great suggestions for snack boxes.
Do you remember where you got that red scoop you used when blanching the broccoli? It's a nice size that would greatly improve my blanching prep!
Wow. Very cool. You totally wowed me out with the first and the third one. Thanks ! 👏👍
they all look great but i’m excited to try the white bean! it’s great to add variety bc hummus can get a little boring so i’m looking forward to having some new dippers too!!
Will be making that pita bread. Yum. But you gave me ideas for snack boxes for at home use. :)
There is no such thing as a start of the week with your video ❤️
This was so well done. It made me want to create these bentos AND buy the new dips. Mission accomplished 👍

Exactly what I needed for this week!!!
This is exactly what I was looking for! Love it
Omg my mom loves these and she makes them for me and my siblings and we love em
Wow!! As someone who loves raw broccoli I had to pause the video to say... I'm feeling so personally attacked right now!! (just kidding ♥ but I do love raw broccoli!) I'm looking forward to trying the black bean dip. Thank you as always for sharing!

I love raw broccoli too. It just doesn't seem to love me back. Lol.

Oh happy Monday when I see you posted a bento video!!! They're so my fav!
Would regular flour work if you don't have almond flour?
I'm always happy 'bout hummus and bento boxes:)
I really want to try the Sun dried tomato and basil dip! When I think it is almost impossible to create a vegan and gluten free meal with the nutrition we need, you proved me wrong one more time. I am not a vegan, but I am looking for more variety and creativity in healthy foods.
I LOVE THESE VIDEOS KEEP THEM COMING

Is coconut oil healthier than olive oil? Coconut products are unspeakably expensive in my country, so will it do any harm if I switch coconut oil for olive?
I love the flavor of zataar!
So fresh and healthy.. Do dried apricots and other dried fruit have nutrition in it? I read that nutrition value thing on the back of the pack of dried apricots and it didnt really say it had much of anything in it. Can you please explain this?

unless you're a kid and can't bring a knife :)

2:04 "if you're not someone that enjoys raw broccoli.... you're not alone, it's not very good."
Me: "lol, roasted! Well, blanched"

Lol! 😂🙌
Bagel chips AND endive 🥬!!! You are totally off the chain. And can you believe you there’s a picture of 🥬!!!!!!!
thank you! :)

Hi
I love your recipes. And would love it even more if you could tone down the music a bit. It's so much louder than your voice. It would improve the listening experience :)
thanks for the tip!
Mind Over Munch Thank you for reading my comment and replying!
😋
Your bread looks more of naan bread than pita bread but I'm totally stealing your idea!
FYI : dried apricots are supposed to be black, if you have orange ones, it means they have colouring shits in it :/
You never make a bad video lol I think its impossible ! #KeeepUpTheGoodWork
:) thank you!
