Drinking water from the tree

  • Hi everyone, in this video I extract juice from a tree called birch.
Birch sap is a liquid flowing from cut and broken birch trunks and branches under an influence of root pressure the water has vitamin B6.
The juice appears in the spring when the snow melts and continues until the buds open, sometimes there is no juice.
Traditionally, to get juice on the trunk of a tree, a large indentation is made with an axe, but this method greatly injures the tree therefore I wouldn’t recommend brutal methods. I use a hand drill with a small diameter, causing minimal damage to a tree.
You can simply drink the juice or make a syrup, birch sap is sweet and has a pleasant taste.
In spring, all trees have sap but as a drink, in addition to a birch sap, a juice of American maple and sugar maple are used.
In Canada and in the northeastern of the US, maple sap is more popular.
It can be found in Japan, China, Russia, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Canada, USA, Australia and North Africa
Thanks for watching, subscribe to the channel. Lots of interesting things ahead.

Yes, I was looking into this water from a tree just last week. It has to do with how the tree, itself, consumes water and it can be drawn from the tree, as it is drawing it from the Earth. That's my understanding. So glad to see the actual demonstration!

Черпают воду только в определенный момент. Перед тем как распускаются листья. Это бывает лишь несколько дней в году. Вода приятна на вкус. Легко пьется. И сладковатая.
