    People are funny about pre scheduling... I'll email saying get on the schedule before it's booked up etc... then every year half of them still wait for when I'm 6 weeks booked and call. Then I remind them of the email from 4 weeks ago 😂.. I'm gonna start having a pre spring price and a more expensive "you waited to call price".

      Definitely never fails! I like that idea! Some guys who raise prices every year will say get it before price goes up and that’s a good motivator. lol

      if you are offering a discount, I would only offer it for clients that book work while you're still slow. I am not cutting any deals for someone that wants work done in May or June.

    Agreed! I had about 500 go out today and have gotten about 35 replies. Couple unsubscribed but that comes with the program. I never spam folks. Maybe only send email out 3-4 a year.
