Stunning vastu house design. I do not like the design / features of many other vastu houses ie ones I have seen in the US and Europe. But this is exactly the type of luxury contemporary design that restores my wish to build a vastu house.

Felt rather corporatish with larger than life scale of spaces, somehow making it less intimate and home like. I have been to few such houses and always felt that the vibe of a family home was missing.

Sector-44 is one of the most expensive sectors in Noida, Only plot would have cost them around 15-20 crore.
What's wrong with people 100*100 site and no big trees, then same people complain about polution. Architects get paid per SQ feet and don't live there so no motivation for them in suggesting green area but what is wrong with people these days. I grew up in Delhi, in a house where garden area was twice the house area. Rooms were smaller but the trees around were big. I had best childhood ever learning to climb the tress and plucking jamun and shehtoosh, putting jhula on tree during summer holidays, peacocks would come and dance every morning. That Delhi has vanished now !
