M10 Booker Specifications - Latest Light Tank for US Army Infantry Support

General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) is known to have developed a light tank for the needs of the US Army. The M10 Booker tank, previously known as Mobile Protective Firepower (MPF), is the US Army's new tracked combat vehicle designed to provide fire support for moving infantry troops.

It's just a rumor, but I heard there is supposed to be a 120 smooth bore Short barrel version of this tank

God! I hope this is not for real, that little thing is no better than the striker or CV90. The 105 gun is not going to cut it.

Time will tell if it is a boondoggle or a worthwhile investment for our troops. Personally I kind of like it. I was on the 105mm M1 tanks as well as the 120mm M1a1. The 105 is still nothing to dismiss. M60 tanks were killing t72's in Desert Storm with the 105. On a side note, those WWII throwback uniforms are God awful ugly!
