  • These two recipes have remained an extremely incredible DUO that can complete even with a wide margin with other world Class recipes.
    Interestingly, the combination of both recipes has been in hot demand for years now amongst my premium clients, who haven’t had enough just yet, even till date .
    One thing about this combination is the balance between the REDVELVET cake as an oil based recipe (hence guaranteed to have a melt in the mouth texture) and the marriage with the No crust NEWYORK style cheesecake being a soft cheesy pudding textured dessert, which leaves the tastebuds with an almost unbelievable blend of mild sweetness from the cake ,with a slight tangy bust of lemon flavor embedded in the cheesecake. The result is so delicious.

    RECIPE:
    REDVELVET CAKE
    1 cups all purpose flour
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 cups white granulated sugar
    125 g butter
    4 large eggs
    1 cup buttermilk (1 cup evaporated milk + ½ Tablespoon white vinegar)
    2 teaspoons vanilla flavor
