Can you please tell me how to get the actual drawers out of the freezer compartment(model RF201A). The repair person came to fix ice maker but when I opened the drawer later in the day the actual door panel has fallen off the track and now I can't close the freezer at all. I need to find a way to remove the compartments or release the entire bottom so we can get at the slides.
