After a burn accident, Tyrone badly injured both hands and has both arms completely wrapped in bandages. This makes almost every daily task almost impossible for him as he has no use of his hands or fingers. Since he cannot drive, he is relying on his foster parents for rides. When his foster mother is unable to pick him up from school, his foster father is forced to step up. However, one their way home from school dad decides to make a stop and leaves Tyrone in the car. As time passes and the temperature rapidly rises, Tyrone is trapped, unable to open the doors on his own. Luckily, Mango Park Police Captain James Porter comes to his rescue just in the nick of time.

I see that the only people that will be left behind in a hot car is burn victims, disabled individuals, children, elderly and dogs who are defenseless and can’t get out of the car by themselves but if that were me, they’d regret leaving me in a hot 🥵 car big time because I’m able-bodied and can get myself out of the car. It ticks me off hearing about those that can’t defend themselves and have to deal with being left in a hot 🥵 car by themselves

What Captain Porter did was grand. Never leave a human or pet alone in a hot car. I don't care if his father gets denied the right to have some time alone with his friends. When you are handed the duty of taking care of a disabled child, there are times when you may have to put your time with your friends on hold. I would have loved for the police captain to make Tyrone's step dad go to church. If that goes against his beliefs, it would serve him right.
