No. She was referring to career officials within the department of justice who aren't appointed by the president. They have careers at the DOJ and do not change with each administration. If you knew anything about law, you would see that Barr has a clear conflict of interest. He was appointed by the person under investigation and then became the person making the decisions about that investigation. In any court case across the country, a prosecutor who is buddies with a defendant would not be put in charge of that case due to conflicts of interest. Career officials at the DOJ, who aren't presidential appointees, should have been in charge of this. Barr is participating in obstruction of justice himself and could very likely end up in jail over this.

If you knew anything about law, you would see that Barr has a clear conflict of interest. He was appointed by the person under investigation and then became the person making the decisions about that investigation. In any court case across the country, a prosecutor who is buddies with a defendant would not be put in charge of that case due to conflicts of interest. Career officials at the DOJ, who aren't presidential appointees, should have been in charge of this. Barr is participating in obstruction of justice himself and could very likely end up in jail over this.

I truly do not understand why anyone continues support the current president. To be truthful, I don't understand how he got elected. While the others were falling like flies due to statements/actions they made/did, he did not. Why? Why do they continue to support a man who has done nothing but lie, steal, and cheat his way in business and now as president? Have you not seen what his lack of action has done to our country regarding the corona virus? He did away with the very people who researched and worked to come with a handbook as to what should be done in the event of a pandemic. He tossed the handbook. And why? Because he is a petty man who is incapable of recognizing anyone else's work. He continues his (only) one-sided rant against the previous administration because he cannot stand anyone who is respected, kind, and intelligent. And what is the ongoing result? Over 4 million cases of the corona virus in the U.S. with well over 150,000 deaths. And you still support him? When I ask people who support him what has he accomplished, people throw out vague terms like "he improved the economy," "he's driven down unemployment". Seriously, have you seen these numbers? Go back and read the timeline starting with the moment he was told about covid and continue through the interviews and his own press conferences, noting his dismissal of the virus,"It'll just disappear like magic", and LISTEN to what he says (and then lies and says he didn't say it, that he was joking, and so forth...lies, lies, lies.). Anyone who can disregard those early warning signals and talk about the economy and getting back to work and school, during the middle of a pandemic, is clueless and, worse than that, he does NOT care about the people of this GREAT (until he showed up) nation of ours, he truly only cares about what's in it for him. Period. People, I beg you, open your eyes and ears and LISTEN. Pay attention to how many times he refers to "I have it on good authority" (who is the authority-he is), "everyone says", "others have said" but he never names them because they only exist in his mind. If you can't discern the truth in this response, then you are no better than the bully himself. Where is your humanity? Why have you forgotten the importance of honor and integrity? He isn't making America great again, he's destroying it piece by piece, and you're, not only letting him do it, you're encouraging him to do it. I pray this mockery ends (oh, by the way, he's planting seeds in your heads regarding "mail in voter fraud" - there is NO evidence of widespread fraud - he's just laying the groundwork so he can contest the election if he doesn't win, which is what he did the same thing in 2016 , but because he won, he shut up), and people come to their senses and recognize the devil in him.
