Killer video. Mike in a candy store is always interesting and funny. Love the Mopar stories. First job was working in a jump to the pump Shell gas station in the late 70s. The muscle car era. Great memories. Great editing. Cabinets was a big time score. Not sure what it took to get Mike out the candy store. Lol. Great stuff cheers from Alberta.
Man, I wish I was with you guys. This is paul lemieux from Western Massachusetts being in those yards is like being in a candy store, but they’re getting fewer and fewer apart here in the states cause the EPA don’t want us to have them anymore. When you and Mike get together you guys put on a fabulous show and it’s nice that your wife participates in everything you do or maybe you’re participating and everything your wife does but anyways thank you God bless
If you do the drive, there is a group called Canadian Coasters that does a coast to coast drive. The only reason I found out about them is we ran into them in Ontario on one of our trips. I'm not associated with them, but it's good to travel in numbers. I've done it a couple times now. Dad took us once when I was ten, and I've done it 4 times. Actually born there, NS, so the first time to BC was when I was 5, but on the train
@@davidniagara5707 Thanks. The internet is a funny place, so when they don't tell me a name of the business, in the video, and in others they do, I tend not to pry too much, but I'm pretty sleuthy with Google earth, if I get enough clues, and I know where Mike's shop is.
It would be hard to let a place like that good after all those year's of collector part's an car's an then one day just decided to let it all go would kill you inside it's not even my stuff an it almost made me cry just how much time you have involved in everything an then just like that it's all gone
I remember them back when I ran a shell station when we actually pumped the gas and washed your windshield checked the air in your tires checked the oil for free it was called service station for a reason. Now they lock themselves in a cage afraid your going to rob them. pitiful
Right !!! Teresa’s parents owned the Shell station where we grew up and Teresa was the little attendant that pumped gas , checked oil and tire pressure 😆 man she’s old 🤣🤣 I worked at the Chervon down the street!! Those were the days and people cared !
