This was such a special day of filming guys. We met some lovely people and ate some mind blowing food. We’d return to Kathmandu just to eat those Sherpa dishes 😍 If you liked this video please give it a 👍 and subscribe for heaps more food content around the world 😄 Thanks for your support guys! Big love, Thomas and Sheena 💕
Just curious, do you use local currency for the payment of foods?? Or is it USD? Card? . Whats the best payment/currency in Nepal for these types of local eats. Hoping you may help me and other people to "eat like a traveller not a tourist".
Sorry I missed this Brilliant But Blue. Local currency for pretty much everything so Nepali rupee. But you can use your credit card at most restaurants in the tourist area of Thamel. Hope that helps! Cheers, Sheena
Chasing a Plate - Thomas & Sheena Hi I am Sherpa and l live in Kathmandu and my mother knows how to make it it's very delicious 🤤😋love from Nepal 🇳🇵 ❤️
Did you!? LOVE it! It’s a special place isn’t it? Patan is wonderful- I think we’ll stay there next time we’re in town. Hope this series brought back good memories of your own trip . Thanks for watching and commenting! Cheers, Sheena
I’m Nepali but live in the US and I’m at home rn eating toast and leftover spaghetti ☹️ lol, wanting the foods you’re eating... I saw your previous video of Newari and general Nepali street foods and am now here on this video. I haven’t been back home in almost 15 years so thank you for this video. You’re both so respectful of our culture and people. Your lovely smiles and appreciation of the food and those who are preparing it is heartwarming to watch. ❤️ thank you
Also idk if you guys take requests into consideration but a video of veg nepali food would be so interesting! Nepal has a lot of veg people so their veg food is super flavorful and tasty!
Hi S, thanks so much for watching and for your generous words. We had a blast filming in Nepal- we met some amazing people and ate so well. And we learnt so much- we feel like we barely scratched the surface- the food culture is so diverse! As to your request- we’d love to explore more of the veg scene but it’ll have to wait until our next trip as we’ve now left 😭 Hope we can return soon. Are there many Nepali restaurants where you live? You must miss the food so much. Hope these videos brought home a little closer to you! Cheers, Sheena
You should really try and visit your home country. I was born and raised in the UK but my parents are from Pakistan. The food there is amazing too. I will try and visit the country as soon as I can. Also want to visit Nepal one day.
@@K20TypeR ya, pakistani food is also much delicious, wanna try them. I have watched alot of food vlogs about pakistani street food in mark weins, the food rangers, and from other vloggers, never been there but hope to visit there soon and ya especially there hospitality is so good. Lots of love from nepal
Thanks so much Bhookemon 😍 This was such a special day of filming- we met some amazing people and ate so well. Thanks for watching and commenting! Cheers, Sheena

We are so happy we got to eat those foods Neema Sherpa. We would travel back to Nepal just to eat them again. I have literally thought about the rildok every day since 😝 Thanks for watching and commenting on this video. Hope you enjoyed it. Cheers, Sheena
The steam is billowing out of that phalghi! Can imagine how good that must be in those frigid Himalayan temperatures. Nice and hearty - feeling warmer just watching

WOW. Everything in this looked absolutely ideal. Fresh, homemade food with lots of greens, no creamy or cheesy stuff or anything to gum it up, wow. I should move to Nepal.
thankyou for doing this. The last food that someone would decide for a video unfortunately. But I really appreciate that I get to see the food I grew up with.
😍 thanks for watching and commenting tsering chhombi. Rildok and rikikur were our favourite dishes of the series- they really blew us away and we’d return to Nepal just to eat them again. Unreal. So happy you enjoyed this video. Cheers, Sheena
I've got to say the camera work, sound and filming generally is starting to look really smart and professional! I only noticed because I've started watching earlier episodes. (Definitely not a criticism of the earlier work either). Getting into the kitchens of these little places is pretty impressive as well!
Ive watched every episode in playlist up to Italy, the improvement and quality now is just exceptional. The content was always fantastic but l agree the earlier vids in Malaysia and Thailand had them a little cross eyed!! Love how much they give to us in the filming to create the experience.👍
Thanks so much chaserkitty. Oh gosh I don’t even want to think what earlier episodes you’re watching 😆 Cringe! But we all have to start somewhere right? We’re so happy you are enjoying the content. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Sheena
i appreciated most in this video the home style, very for the locals and the ones that really know where to go places that you've been to. i'm sure everything you ate there was delicious like grandmas house
Home cooking at its finest Alina! It was so special getting to eat at these spots. Thanks for watching and for commenting on this one. Hope you guys enjoyed it 🤗 Cheers, Sheena
It was unreal guys- super special to watch and the taste- I actually just wanted to cry it was so good. Thanks for watching and commenting on this one. Cheers, Sheena
Another great tour of truly hidden food gems! Everything looked so hearty and delicious, especially the pounded potato dumplings and pancake, Do they cook the potato before pounding? And is it like regular potatoes, or more like a yam or sweet potato? Good thing it's 2:30 in the morning here' or I'd have to get in my car to hunt down some food...my tummy is rumbling!
Hi MsKestrela! Thanks for watching and commenting. Ah yes something I forgot to mention in my excitement- yep they boil the potatoes before pounding. They’re like regular potatoes but the flavour is super intense and they’re a little starchier than normal. So happy you enjoyed this one. You’re up late! Hope you have a big brekki in store for the morning 😄 Cheers, Sheena
Ive watched the potatoes being pounded twice but still couldn't figure out if they had been cooked first or raw. Thankyou for asking and clearing that up. Yummo
YES!!! Potatoes have to be the world's most versatile food 😍 so glad you enjoyed those dishes!!! And glad Thomas had gotten to enjoy them before his poor stomach got the better of him 😨 Thanks for another great video guys! So much ♥♥♥!
Omg those two potato dishes seriously blew our minds. I actually thought to myself- holy crap this is what potato is meant to taste like- the flavour was so intense! So glad Thomas wasn’t sick during our Nepal trip 😆 Thanks for watching and commenting Rebecca- so happy you enjoyed it. Cheers, Sheena 😘
I'm just here for the awesome filming and editing quality lol. I must message you about your sound equipment, especially when you're far from the camera and turning around. Oh also the food is great too! Legendary stuff and most importantly genuine travel excitement. So refreshing! (You know what I mean!) Xx
The Tao of David we couldn’t agree more about their excellent filming and editing! We use an external mic but in a noisy city like NY it’s difficult to eliminate lots of street noise. We also use a wind muff to reduce wind noise. Curious to see what Sheena uses!

Thanks mate! It’s been lots of work and investment in both gear and my skill/learning to get it to where I’m happy. I really like the sound we’re now getting for the videos. Nice and clear most of the time (I hope). Thanks so much for watching this one. Cheers, Thomas ps happy to chat tech gear any time!
Hi Thomas and Sheena! Just wanted to thank you again for your amazing videos! We already tried a few places you recommended in Kathmandu for the last 2 days. Everything was absolutely delicious! We really enjoy watching your videos. We had the opportunity to follow your recommendations for the first time during our last trip in Palermo. We are now just starting our long term trip in Asia and we are so excited to watch all the videos you made in Asia! All the best, Emily and Michael
Hi guys! How cool you’re in Nepal- we have momo envy- so glad you’re eating up a storm and that our videos have been helpful! 😍 Thanks so much for letting us know- we always love it when people visit the spots we film at and then tell us they’ve been 💕 So excited for you guys for your Asia adventure- it’s gonna be absolutely wild! Thanks for watching guys, we appreciate the support! Cheers, Sheena
I absolutely love your videos Shena and Thomas, you guys really experience amazing culture and cuisines. Those noodles and the potato dumplings and pancake looks fantastic.
Oh my goodness 😋 everything looks amazing and the stew looks so hearty just what you need when it's cold x thanks for taking us with you on another amazing food experience 🤗
Showcasing those beautiful potato dumplings to an Irishman on a no carbs diet is like taunting an addict with crack. 😜 Such a great introduction to Sherpa food!
🙊🙊🙊🙊 we are SO cruel! If this bowl was in front of you though Michael you’d HAVE to eat it- they were like little clouds- I’ve seriously thought about them every day since eating them 😝 Thanks for watching and commenting 😘 Cheers, Sheena
The first restaurant that you guys ate in , is my cousins restaurant ! I live in New York but I'm really happy you showed it. Thank you for promoting tourism in nepal and showing the world our sherpa culture and food.
No way??!! We had the most amazing experience and meal at your cousin’s place. I still dream about the rildok 🤤 thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the video! Cheers, Sheena
You would be so into those dishes then Deanna! I still can’t get over how pronounced that potato flavour was- it was like eating potato for the first time and thinking- holy moly, this is incredible! Thanks for watching and commenting. Big love to you in Texas! 😘 Cheers, Sheena
wow that potato soup with aroma spice...! and the buffalo sausage is really unique... LOL, Thomas emotion and laugh when describe the sausage is really funny, haha! always glad to see how both of you interact and cheer up the people, everyone ~ big like :D
Thanks so much for your lovely message mate! Omg what a fun and interesting day of eating and filming it was. So happy you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching and commenting! Cheers, Sheena
Again you have outdone yourselves! The mortar and pestle was so interesting. Just like we have in Japan. I had a big wooden mortar and pestle just like that years ago that we used to pound rice into mochi. Nepal also has buckwheat noodles like Japan. Of course, it would taste different, I am sure. And, of course, the potato pancake could be similar to Norwegian lefsa, made with potatoes and flour. Also eaten with butter! I think the Sherpa version looks more delicious! My son did the Nepal 23 day trek 5 years ago. The noodle making machine looks just like a Japanese udon noodle making machine. The noodles look very similar to Japanese udon. I can’t believe how similar so many things are between Nepal and Japan. How cool is that! Of course the flavor profile is different..... Can you give some more details where the Himalayan Sherpa Food house is? Or even that whole area.... I tried looking on Google Maps for it but I can’t find it.
Find the Boudha Stupa on Google Maps and look northwest at 10 o'clock on the ring road. The alley is between Namaste Beads and Himalayan Java both marked on the map.
Hi P T, the alleyway isn’t marked on Google maps but Tosh’s description is spot on 😄 Did your son enjoy his trek? I found the experience so meditative 🤗 We love the crossover and similarities between dishes of different cultures- it’s so fascinating to uncover and explore. Those potato dishes really blew us away- it was like eating potato for the first time and marvelling over the purity in flavour. I’d travel back to Nepal just to eat those two dishes again 😍 So happy you enjoyed this video, thanks for watching and commenting 😄 Cheers, Sheena
😆😆😆 everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We love travelling in Nepal. It’s a special place. Thanks for watching and commenting mate, hope you enjoyed this video. Cheers, Sheena
Wow. Lots of love from Nepal to you guys. Hope you will visit again our country Nepal to explore more food. Places like pokhara, east , west Nepal foods
Great work, loved it. Loved the audio and video quality and the effort you put into these videos. But, how did you guys find out these great hidden eatries, though?
Thanks so much for your feedback mate, it makes us super happy! Loads of research goes into our videos lots of online research before we arrive and then once we arrive we spend a lot of time just eating and chatting to locals 😄 Hope you enjoy the rest of the content on our channel! Cheers, Sheena
I could definitely get on board with those potato dumplings and pancakes! The stew looks so good too! I’d take a bowl of the buffalo noodle soup too with the heat! Another great, top notch video, Thomas and Sheena! 👍🏻❤️🤤
Thanks so much 5cats 2kids! So happy you enjoyed it 😍 it was such a special one to film- amazing food and lovely people. Thanks for watching and commenting 😘 Cheers, Sheena
Hi tenzing sherpa, thanks for watching and commenting! Oh gosh- I can see why. We’d return to Nepal just to eat those two dishes again. They blew our minds 🤤 Do you live abroad? Hope you enjoyed this video! Cheers, Sheena
Man guys! I’m loving this series! All this food is amazing. I’ve watched all your stuff, but I couldn’t remember were you guys vlogging when you did Everest Base Camp? I wanted to go back and watch it if you were but I know you’ve been traveling for a long time before starting vlogging so I wasn’t sure if those existed or not? Let me know! Thanks! And keep it up! It’s amazing to see the world like you two do!!!
Hi Jaci, we’re so happy you are enjoying this one- it was such a pleasure to film. EBC was before UA-cam although we did make a home video of our trip (terrible filming 🤣). Thanks so much for commenting and hope you like what we have coming up 😘 Cheers, Sheena
i like how you went to the very local inns around boudha. oh! love blood sausage. you should say tashi delek when you enter and thuk je nang when you leave in Tibetan language.
Thats the place where me and my friends hangout just for those rilduk and aloo roti its the best. Your videos are very informative and love your friendly approach to the locals. Really thankful for showing that Nepal is not only about Dal bhat and momos but uncovering the rich and unique food culture of Nepal. Local places are the best. Lots of love from Nepal.
That’s so cool. We absolutely loved the food and filming this one. So good. Filming in Nepal was amazing. We have visited a couple of times and we really enjoyed being there to film this time. We love to show off the true local foods where ever we film. We’re glad you enjoyed this one. Cheers, Thomas 😀
You simply cannot go wrong with potatoes! The soup looked light & delicate yet flavorful & hearty. And the hard work that goes into making it. A dish one can truly appreciate.
It was so stunning BellaDonna Hurts! It was like tasting potatoes for the first time- it blew my mind. Thanks for watching and commenting on this one, hope you enjoyed it 😘 Cheers, Sheena
OMG he ate so much sauce achar with pancake like Sherpa nd Nepali. and so much chilli with gyuma sausage. Chilli lover will love most food of Nepal. And wow noodle is fresh home made.
The Sherpa food was brilliant Bernard. The dumplings were like little clouds. I’d travel to Nepal just for that meal! Thanks for watching and commenting 😄 Cheers, Sheena
We love Nepal! Hope it’s not long before we can return to see more of the country! I literally think about rildok every day 😍🤤 Thanks for watching and commenting mate. Cheers, Sheena
Those dumplings were phenomenal! Hope you get to sample them one day. Similar to la mian but less bounce and chew 😄 Thanks for watching and commenting! Cheers, Sheena
😍 thank you Gail! The food was so hearty- we absolutely loved it. I’m still thinking about those potato dumplings nearly 3 weeks later. Thanks for watching and commenting 😘 Cheers, Sheena
The black pudding looked like it had a higher meat and lower blood content in comparison to ours in the UK. I'm not sure that we add any meat to ours, just the pigs blood, barley, oats, fat and spices. Yummy!
I agree Selina, it was definitely more meaty than any black pudding we’ve eaten. It was so interesting and tasty! Thanks for watching and commenting on this one- hope you enjoyed it. Cheers, Sheena
We were all set to go and then ran out of time Prabin Joshi- we did get a taste of juju dhau though luckily but we will definitely get out there next time! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
Hi fuba sherpa, thanks for watching and commenting mate. We were blown away by the Sherpa dishes we ate. We would return to Nepal just to eat them again. I’ve thought about rildok every day since leaving Nepal 😆 Hope you enjoy the rest of our series. Cheers, Sheena
You missed tasty foods of Boudha ( Kathmandu) and Bhaktapur city food delicacy please visit next time to engulf your taste buds into more nepali cousines...
We barely scratched the surface of the cuisine in Nepal but we did film a couple more videos in Kathmandu. Hope you enjoy those too! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
I thought nothing would top the Cambodian village video but there goes Thomas and Sheena to prove me wrong 💕💐 This video was both a food and history one absolutely brilliant 👍👏👏👏 Nothing more to say only another awesome video love from 🇮🇪☘️😘
🙈🙈🙈 that’s so lovely of you to say Bee Oh El! It was a very special day- very similar to the Cambodian village day- just full of wonderful people. So glad you enjoyed this one. Big love to you in Ireland. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena 😘
So glad you enjoyed this mate! We love travelling in Nepal- we always meet beautiful, kind people. Thanks for watching and commenting on this episode. Cheers, Sheena
I wish! That’s the end of the series for now. We have to get back soon though- we loved filming in Nepal so much. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
I read about Himalayan Sherpa Food House as well as the blood sausage lady so am really delighted you guys visited. I know rildok does not use flour but I'm a freak for gnocchi so I'd be all over those potato dumplings I'm sure. Sheena cracked me up with the mortar joke. I know she knows which is mortar and which is pestle. 😂😂👍 Awesome day, guys!
😜😜😜😜 This was such a special day of filming Tosh- we were both so excited about eating the rildok and rikikur but the taste and flavour of the dishes blew every expectation out of the water. Both are in my top 10 dishes ever filmed. Bet you would adore those potato dumplings- the purity of flavour was astonishing. Great tip professional butter eater 🤣 Thank you! And that blood sausage experience was wonderful. We’ll remember that spot forever. So glad you enjoyed this one. Thanks for watching and commenting mate. Cheers, Sheena
Yes. The gyuma experience is indeed memorable in all aspects. Whenever you mention you're in a new location I either 1) think of dishes I've had during my visits or 2) do my standard preliminary research on foods to eat and places to try. And because we do the same kind of research 👍 we end up reading the same articles. You teased the potatoes in your intros but I obviously did not know for certain if you made it to Boudha so that was wonderful. But yes, my favorite is the gyuma lady. I'm happy a few articles mention her but was very stoked you two actually filmed there. Kudos.
Each episode of you guys makes me n my husband droooool🤤🤤🤤love from Nepali living in Japan...and also last night I was asking my husband to take me to a yakitori restaurant (grilled meat)he asked me to wait until ur video end so that he would drool n be hungry n can eat more 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️
😍😄😍😄🤣🤣🤣 that is hilarious! Hope your yakitori was delicious guys. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Is there any Nepali food where you live in Japan? It’s funny- we are in Europe and every city we visit we have seen a Nepali restaurant- it’s made us smile. Hope you enjoyed this video guys. Cheers, Sheena
We absolutely loved it mate. We’d return to Nepal just to eat the rildok and rikikur again- they blew our minds. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
There are places in Jackson Heights that look like the last spot! Thukpa is a dish we’re familiar with, but those freshly made noodles are a really special touch. And even better with buffalo!
I can see why! We talk about that meal ALL the time! I would return to Nepal just to eat it again 😍 Thanks for watching and commenting on this video. Hope you enjoyed it! Cheers, Sheena
Only scratched the surface! We loved it all so much. Can’t wait to return one day soon to explore more. I still think about those potato dumplings often. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Sheena
The sausage resturant is actually less resturant more like food making place. And sheena you look like a Nepalese thats why she was asking you weather you would like to take it or eat it here in Nepali Language. Most of these people don't think you guys as tourists. Nepal is small country but with so many cultures and tribes thats almost everyone looks like a Nepalese to us!
😄😄😄 We loved that home kitchen with the sausage so much- what an experience. Thanks for watching and commenting mate, hope you enjoyed the video. We miss Nepal! Cheers, Sheena
Thanks for watching and commenting Phurba Sherpa. Those two Sherpa dishes blew us away. Incredible flavour and depth. We’d return to Nepal just to eat them again. Hope you enjoyed this video. Cheers, Sheena
Just Wow. Lost for words, so many special interactions with the people and delicious unique foods. Guys you rock. I cannot even begin to break it down which dish l liked best, just wouldn't do the other finds justice. Thankyou is all l have.💕
Thanks so much for your lovely words Brilliant But Blue. Gosh it was a special day. Utterly memorable in every way and those foods- we’ve never eaten anything like those Sherpa dishes- they blew us away. So thrilled you enjoyed this one. It’s my favourite of the series. Cheers, Sheena
I have been to Kathmandu so several times (5-6) when I was a kid for vacation. Mostly stayed at darbar marg, but have been to pokhara as well. Loved it and also very nice people. I always liked the hostipitaly.
Wow! That’s awesome mate. We’ve never been to Pokhara- would love to get there one day. We agree- the people are so welcoming and hospitable. We love it there! Thanks for watching and commenting on this episode, hope you enjoy the rest of our Kathmandu series. Cheers, Sheena
Hi Joan, l see you comment as much as l do and talk about things you make for your Grandchild. I just read the comment you are awaiting a transplant. Im sending you the biggest hug from Australia. I am so sincerely sorry to hear that your health issues prevent you from travelling at this time. Hoping you are not upset but l just had to respond and let you know that with hope, faith, love and strength that you may someday meet Thomas and Sheena on there travels wherever that may be. 💕

Oh Joan! Hope you are getting those soups and delicious smoothies juices into you. Hope your recovery is quick too. Happy to eat on your behalf haha 😆 Cheers, Sheena
We wish we could get homemade potato dumplings in the broth in NYC like you guys had in this Sherpa community! They looked so incredibly delicious! We have watched Ukrainian varenyky (aka pierogi) being made in a beautiful family-owned restaurant in NY (which sells over 21,000 varenyky a week) but they use also use modern machinery to mix and help roll out the dough. Then they are filled and formed by hand.
Me too! I think about that rildok ALL the time. I’d return to Nepal just to eat it again! Thanks for watching and commenting K Furbu. Hope you enjoyed this video. Cheers, Sheena

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed this video! Cheers, Sheena

She is Amazing.
Nobody can match facial expression of Mark Wiens.
Exactly this was in my mind 😄

All the best,
Emily and Michael

Thanks so much Angie! It was such a special day of filming. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
Ahhh we LOVE gyuma! One of the best types of blood sausage. Looks so freshly made and homestyle. Such a cool location too!
It was such a special experience. One of those travel memories that you remember forever!
Loved you guys filming the noodle making 🍜 for that buffalo 🐃 thupka! It looked so amazing even without the chili 🌶 oil added!
Love a good noodle soup! 😍🤤
Oh my goodness 😋 everything looks amazing and the stew looks so hearty just what you need when it's cold x thanks for taking us with you on another amazing food experience 🤗
Thanks for watching Tanya! This was such a special day- we ate so well and met some lovely people. Thanks for coming along with us! Cheers, Sheena
Showcasing those beautiful potato dumplings to an Irishman on a no carbs diet is like taunting an addict with crack. 😜 Such a great introduction to Sherpa food!
Id almost ditch the Keto for this "fix". 🤣
Deanna from Texas sending hugs and thanks for the super video! I love love potatoes any way i can get them. I would so e joy that food! Blessings!
You would be so into those dishes then Deanna! I still can’t get over how pronounced that potato flavour was- it was like eating potato for the first time and thinking- holy moly, this is incredible! Thanks for watching and commenting. Big love to you in Texas! 😘 Cheers, Sheena

LOL, Thomas emotion and laugh when describe the sausage is really funny, haha!

Such an amazing video highlighting all the a Sherpa and Tibetan dishes! Glad you guys took that crowded bus to try all these great gems!
It was SO worth it guys. I’d return to Nepal just to eat those Sherpa dishes again. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena

The work that goes into pounding those potatoes 🥔 to make the paste for the dumplings 🥟 is incredible! So awesome that you captured it!

Thanks so much for that mate, as we entered and left I was kicking myself that we hadn’t learnt what to say in Tibetan! We’ll know for next time!
You guys have done your research well. Well done 👍
Thanks for watching Sunil! Cheers, Sheena

The potato dumplings and pancakes looked interesting, with unusually soft texture. The noodles also looked like they had great soft texture.

We love Nepal! Hope it’s not long before we can return to see more of the country! I literally think about rildok every day 😍🤤 Thanks for watching and commenting mate. Cheers, Sheena
Will love to try the potato dumpling!! The noodle looks like Chinese La Mian though.
Those dumplings were phenomenal! Hope you get to sample them one day. Similar to la mian but less bounce and chew 😄 Thanks for watching and commenting! Cheers, Sheena
Enjoyed alot .especially potato dumplings

I've made the butter milk tea.its awesome.once you get to like it its addictive.
😍 it’s so unusual at first but so tasty once you get into it!
Exactly lol.
@@ChasingaPlate Its bestly enjoyed in cold weather. Grew up drinking it. Also the ghyuma goes quite well with local rakshi or alcohol.Wonderful video.
Wow my favourite sherpa food relduk riki kur and falki mouth watering
I want a bowl of it now!! We loved it so much. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Sheena

I thought nothing would top the Cambodian village video but there goes Thomas and Sheena to prove me wrong 💕💐
This video was both a food and history one absolutely brilliant 👍👏👏👏
Nothing more to say only another awesome video love from 🇮🇪☘️😘
I agree. Nothing more to say, lm spellbound and thinking of something that tops the Cambodia village vid seems lame.

Nice episode. Next Gurkha episode?
By the way, if you want butter to melt, just fold over the bread, crepe, pancake, etc. I'm kind of a professional butter eater. 😀
😜😜😜😜
This was such a special day of filming Tosh- we were both so excited about eating the rildok and rikikur but the taste and flavour of the dishes blew every expectation out of the water.
Kudos.
Thank you for visiting NEPAL 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
Thanks for having us! We love Nepal and can’t wait to return. Thanks for watching and commenting on this video 😄Cheers, Sheena

Thanks for exploring our Sherpa
Traditional food 🥘
We absolutely loved it mate. We’d return to Nepal just to eat the rildok and rikikur again- they blew our minds. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Sheena
Wow never try gyuma before. We only tried Korean blood sausage before which is pig blood whereas this one buffalo's. So rare to see 🤤
It was delicious and loved how it was homemade. Such a unique experience!
There are places in Jackson Heights that look like the last spot! Thukpa is a dish we’re familiar with, but those freshly made noodles are a really special touch. And even better with buffalo!
😍😍😍😍 that is so cool! Loved those fresh noodles- it was such a popular local spot.
We also make blood sausages in Mustang but call it tung.
😍😍😍 would love to get to Mustang one day! Thanks for watching and commenting on this one mate, hope you enjoy the rest of the series. Cheers, Sheena

It is just the tip of the iceberg of Sherpa and Tibetan foods. But you guys have the idea. It is the same ingredients but different methods.

The blood sausage reminds me of black pudding in the UK
Love a good bit of black pudding in a big breakfast! Thanks for watching and commenting mate. Cheers, Sheena
They sound delicious! 😍

It was so tasty! All restaurant details are in the description 😄 Thanks for watching. Cheers, Sheena
