Potential means - having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future. Potential is always used for future - e.g. He has great potential to become a playback singer. What you are (possibly) trying to convey is- Neha Kakkar does not currently have the ability to judge.
Ok- That was about English- Now coming to Neha Kakkar- She is already established and is Judging a huge show like Indian Idol. Do you sincerely believe that all the talent teams in Indian Idol do not know who they are hiring. It is very easy to pass comments without achieving anything. Most of the people who will meet Neha Kakkar (Including - possibly you) will ask for a selfie and will fawn over her. Be honest to yourself and imagine what would you say to her if you meet her in person. Would you have the courage to say what you have written.

So this was a tribute to one of greatest actors who ever stepped on stage, Shri Balgandharv... In olden times families didn't allow females from home to act in a play, to solve this problem, बालगंधर्व ji started cross dressing as woman. It is believed that he looked so beautiful as a woman, that many men fell in love with his woman roop. Besides the form of Sangeet is NatyaSangeet, it is a play performed via music (musical play). It was made popular by great singers like Master Dinanath Mangeshkar and Pt Vasantrao Deshpande
