Mahesh kale, we all Indians are so proud of him. He is Maharashtrian I am from his state so mine proud is little big😀.
What he is singing from "katyar kalajat ghusali" a musical film, obviously in Marathi language.
You acknowledge the music is so powerful but you will like it 10time more if you understand the lyrics.
The lyrics meant somewhat the creation is full of sound and it is pure music, the chaos and even peace is a "swar"(musical note) and eventually it balance itself and everything. he is praising that and become devotee. Its really difficult to translate it in exact English but Just two core lines
1. "swar katyar kalajat ghusude" which means a musical note(which is in the form of little sword) goes into the deep down into the heart.
2. "Sur niragas ho" means a very tone of musical note will become so much innocent.
The best musical movie you will ever hear and watch .........in indian classical masterpiece

It's not vibrato , that's called "Taan" in indian classical vocals 😊🙌🏻..Taan is like singing lots variations of notes extremely fast.. and one more thing.. He's having sore throat actually 😂 he's tremendous even after having cough.
IT TAKES YEARS OF TRAINING TO REACH AT THIS STAGE
Hi dear khush
I love Mahesh Kale's voice! Indian classical music is really unique.
And Rahul Deshpande
Ken automatically got the Indian nod while listening to this 😂

@cookie monster o really?
Since you are getting into hindustani classical music, I hope somehow you will ended up reacting to Pandit Bhimsen Joshi ji. He is the peak of classical music and reaction to his singing is one of devine experience you'll get in your whole life.
You don't need subtitles, this is indian classical music, to any Indian it will be the funniest thing they ever heard....he is mostly playing with notes, ragas.... emotions, energy, universal frequency..
FYI Mahesh Kale is an electronics engineer from a reputed institution 😇
what pyrotechnics......this is pure Indian classical...that's beyond word any imaginations....of human being this is bhakti/prayer of god/almighty/ shree Hari....take lifetime to touch any part of that this is God gift
I think you should Google what Pyrotechnic means before assuming
This is the Proud moment for all marathi people and all indian classical music❤❤
That's the beauty of Indian Classical music. This is Hindustani classical. The more you hear, deeper will you fall in Love with it. It is an ocean. One life span is not sufficient to understand it, leave alone learning.
its not vibrato , he's changing between notes that fast . 🙏🏻🙌

Mind blowing performance by Mahesh Kale.
Fact -: Hundreds of this kind of Classical singers in india are yet to be highlighted.!
Welcome to the world of Indian Classical Music... what you experienced in this video is just a tip of iceberg.
Its a different dimension of vocal track manipulation it comes from ancient roots of Bharat (india), proud to witness such an art and level of master control over it .
Mahesh Kale was exhorting his talent essentially saying goodbye to another period of nightly darkness and welcoming the new sunrise at dawn.
Great! Well done!
Please watch Mahesh Kales "Albela Sajan", Another Mind-blowing performance...🙏
This is art which no other country singers could ever achieve, needs many years of dedication to achieve such voice control amd breathing
Kanada raja pandharicha by mahesh kale is the masterpiece! .. I personally love that! 😇 🤗 ❣
His voice and control over his vocal cords 🙌❤❤🌸🌺
We are so proud of our classical music ,and being Indian classical music student I can assure you that you western vocalist can't reach our level even after In 100 years 😎
Your video nothing but adds enormous value to this.
I love Indian classical music. ( शास्त्रीय संगीत )
If you really liked this. You should listen to Supremo Maestro - Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. You WILL experience nirvana.
Pandit is a honorific title equivalent to grandmaster in the Western Hemisphere.
Listen to Shankar Mahadevan's breath control in his song called 'Breathless'.
To understand Indian Classical Music it takes a lot.😊
You have got to listen to Rang- by Amjad Sabri and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan ,Ken. It is one of the most exquisite pieces of music ive listened to
Thats a magic of indian classic and he is a gem 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
They are pure classical singers they just come, play with musicians like it's an Olympic. There's a raag (a mood which musically has specific notes only from the octave) and these singers just play aroung those notes and Indian classical need very very very much diceplene. If you could understand that then you would have found the inner beauty of the music. Many times a single song is played in multiple raags or you can say mood in english. There are lesson of it you can watch them.
React to 'kanada raja pundaricha' . A master piece of mahes kale ❤️
Look at the head nod by the reactor, so now you know where our Indian head nod comes from...we are just tuning forks to our music
This is years of practice under the accomplished Pandits & Gurus of Hindustani Classical to reach this level, various exams in theory & vocal performance exams. They master the notes, ragas, pitches. He is One of the finest personalities Hindustani Classical music.
The song says music and songs are innocent
Now you see the reason for the India “head-shake” ✌️
Must be react on kanada raja pandharicha presented by mahesh kale
I don't understand marathi, but this song is about music being the way to God.. its an extremely devotional song.. the trance u felt is very much intended... Kudos to both the composer and the singer...
Don't worry to judge him..
You are Kid in front of Mr. Mahesh kale.. He is legend 🙌 of music 🎶
Welcome to the world of indian classical music
He is master of Indian traditional Music
He got National Award for this song.
Proud as indian
the aaaa vocal moment you were talking about is called aalab and its not done with toung its done with throat moment toung is nevber used
Vibrato is from throat, while in Indian classical music it is from stomach.Vibrato is taboo in Indian Classical Music
One may not be able to appreciate the song unless we understand the context thereof. Actually it is from a Marathi movie 'Katyar Kalajat Ghusali' -The dagger pierced through the heart. It is a musical dagger, off course. The final denouement or crescendo of a story where a Muslim Musical Master is not willing to teach him music, because he was earlier trained under a Hindu Master, and the Musical Gharanas or families are different. In the end he presents his best, a combination of the styles of two musical families. This is the purity of the music which conveys the agony and pain of a student who is deprived of training simply due to a rigid musical tradition.
This comes with rigorous practice and some things are natural , that's y he is a gem of Indian classical music ❤️
this is not manipulation of tongue at all .. this is the beauty of indian classical music.. it takes so many years of rewaaz(practice)to get this range
You should listen to "Ramya hi sawargahun lanka " by Pt. Bhimsen Joshi
Nope Ken, there's no use of the tongue, only throat in Hindustani classical except for the when he is singing the words :) All throat training. It takes a minimum of 10 years for most starters if they're starting with a good enough voice! Appreciate that people are loving these masterpieces!
Ken, you should do a Reacts session of Shankar Mahadevan singing Breathless. The whole song is sung without any breath break. Mind boggling! Top of the class.
You truly seem to enjoy the music, I can feel it
Mahesh Kale is amazing and i love this song… you can check Shankar Mahadevan for his breathless song, he has world record in it
It would be really interesting to see your opinion on Anathema. They have so many really magnificent songs, but I would recommend Untouchable Part 1 and Part 2. A perfect version for that experience would be A Sort Of Homecoming (2015) concert video From 6th minute onward up to about 19:30 minute mark (where these two songs are). If you put "ANATHEMA - A Sort Of Homecoming (2015)" in the search, it should be the first result there (has a really good audio quality as well). Anathema is one of those bands that sound even better live.
OH yes! I love Anathema, Cavanagh and Douglas have such beautiful voices. Definitely second Untouchable, if not both, then at least Part 2. Such a beautiful, emotional song...
Singing of grammar, love it.
Just close your eyes while listening to his performance without pause. You will reach to the another universe. Try it.
Do react on different indian classical Ragas
Please reaction - Kalinga Nirtana Tillana..Vande Paramparaam .
Pl look up at the english translation of that song. Mind = blown
The vibrational sound he makes is called taan
I don't think you know much about Indian classical music, it takes a life to learn and sing classical songs with utmost accuracy, so much dedication is needed, western singers are just like bubble they comes and goes.
It's troth and chest power . Indian classical. No tongue Is included
everything is included if singer wants.
@@animax1034 yes but I am saying about the first alap where he said if it's tongue included . I am classical singer myself
INDIA IS NOT A COUNTRY INDIA IS AN INSTITUTION. YOU CAN SEE NEGETIVITY BUT WHEN YOU START SEEING POSITIVELY IT HAS NO END..
You should listen Shankar Mahadevan "breathless"
Please go through the meaning of lyrics, you will be amazed.....
No subtitle are their for music mathematics which he is using...
U should hear breathless of shankar mahadevan
Indian classical music is very difficult to master. Music is self healing and inspired by nature around us.
You should listen Shankar mahadevan's - Breathless song...,
This type of music specially bharatiya music is beyond western culture bro
This kind of comment is unwarranted. Nothing is beyond anyone. We can appreciate each other's music.

You can check out Rahul Deshpande as well whose voice resonates like nobody's business
Morning classical music
Don't stop in between , no one needs your middle talk Sir plz 👍
If you don't want the middle talk then you are on wrong video mate.
Did you really think that having sung the entire song in perfect pitch he would fail to catch it in the end? It was totally intentional so as to give respect to the infinite chaotic ocean of emotion he almost but did not enter.
Trust this is gods music
Its hard to see the guy have ZERO knowledge of indian music trying to judge one 🤔... God bless him
Please do Reaction Video On Swaradhish Dr. Bharat Balvalli sings Hari mhana. .
Its Awesome songs . .

Just search for 'Aruni Kirani' and experience the studio recorded version from a musical video that will more be mind-blowing!
He was sick when he recorded the version for the movie and even then he delivered a rockstar performance

Translation-
Earth and sky bathing in sunrays
Drunk beetles singing melodies
Anxious heart flowing with river of notes
Swar zarzar zarzar zar
Divine song pouring in the heavens
Thirsty heart yearning for your blessings
Inside me
Inside my heart
Music echoes today everywhere
I m lost in
Singing your praises
This servent O Guru remembers you
Entire cosmos
Gets together today
To sprout dormant
Dream inside me
Even if Earth drowns in Great flood
My heart still remains thirsty
Let me be blessed with ounce of your blessings
Let the dagger of music pierce my heart today
Without teacher life is nothing but blackhole
Whatever I leaned is so less
Just spread the radiance of your knowledge
Shower your blessings
Take me under your shelter
Else life has no meaning
Punha janmanyasathi
Let me take the exilir of music
Let innocence grow into melody
Let innocence grow into melody
Let innocence grow into melody
Let innocence grow into melody
Thanks, for this work .

In Indian classical music, much like any other culture, your voice is essentially an instrument. Here, he keeps rhythm with the musicians while also literally singing out notes from the Indian scale (sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa). The expressive "vibrato" usually denotes intense emotions such as longing, pain, worship, sadness, joy, etc-which is why they can range from that slow drawl to that very last pitch that almost sounds like a loud cry.
Are you marathi???
