- Another month, another Gina Curl update!
Measurements this month are pretty similar to last month but still want to have a general idea of my progress, lol. This is my 3 month update, post my 1st Gina Curl retouch. 😁

Literally hate it when people say "it's just a jerri curl." SMH. Your hair looks so pretty!! I am on month 8 with my gina curl. I am reeeaaadddy for the touch up. Hopefully I get one next month or this month! The honey by chamille Rose....yoooou put me on. love that for my new growth and my gina hair :)

I've actually recently started (on non-wash days) wetting my hair with water, using the Camille Rose Honey Spiked Mousse, and then defusing and my hair is this perfect fluffy bob all day 🙌🏾😁
What's wrong with a Jheri curl? Also, Gina herself acknowledged that chemically, a gina curl and a jheri curl are the same, the only difference is the technique according to her. Well, and the price obviously. It's not like a Jheri curl is a joke or an insult. The comparison is scientifically sound.
@@yeahaboutthatthough3656 You're right, the Jheri curl itself isn't the insult. When people compare the Gina Curl to a Jheri Curl though, it's often with the intention of insulting those that have chosen to get one, like we're stupid for paying the money, stupid for supporting Gina, etc. It's almost always spewing negativity, and it's from people (women AND men) who look down on those that decide to try it out and feel the need to share their disapproval in our comment sections. I welcome discussion and questions of course, and I'm not saying everyone needs to agree on the Gina Curl. But some people cross the line, and that's when they get blocked 😂
