maaf sebelumnya jika saya tidak terlalu pandai berbahasa inggris, namun anda bisa menerjemahkan nya ke bahasa anda sendiri. kasus ini juga terjadi pada milik saya dimana sebelah kanan mati, mungkin saja berguna di beberapa kasus. Solusinya yaitu harus dibongkar (bisa menggunakan minyak kayu putih untuk melemahkan lem lalu bungkus dengan kain dan remukkan dengan tang/pliers pelan2 hingga terbuka sedikit) dan temukan kabel merah dan hitam yang terhubung langsung dengan baterai, gunakan powersupply dan atur ke 5v, tempelkan positif (merah) dan negatif (hitam) beberapa kali hingga lampu led berkedip kemudian tes apakah sudah tersambung lagi dan jika sudah silahkan pasang lagi.
Mesmo problema aqui. Acrescido de que os dois fones estão descarregando dentro do case. Tiro da tomada, 3 ou 4 horas depois, no max, nem os fones nem o case tem carga. 2 meses de uso. edifire nunca mais.

True it’s annoying and continuously connect to the device. I should have known this earlier. It’s an inconvenience actually. Haylou GT is more reliable and cheaper also sounds decent.

@@wesleycosta7927 mandei vídeos pra eles mostrando o que acontecia, daí pediram pra resetar apertando o botão por 8 segundos, só que não resolveu, continua na mesma. Perguntei se iria ficar no prejuízo, e eles disseram que eu poderia enviar pra eles consertarem, mas o frete ficaria por minha conta.
O meu acende o led mas não carrega, antes ele estava descarregado bem rápido o lado R, tipo em uma música de 3min gastava 20% de bateria, entrei em contatos com eles me disseram se queria envia para eles concertar, ou me daria um desconto para comprar outro. Nenhuma das duas opções acho que vale a pena infelizmente.
O meu apresentou a mesma situação. O lado r parou de funcionar e nem mesmo carrega na case. Acredito que seja problema com a bateria. Não sei se tem como troca-la.

This also worked for me! Thanks! Just to add, I wrapped a rubber band roubmnd the right earbud to hold it in place while slightly tilted in the charging case.

Ok so: you take the buggy bud out and leave the earbud that works in the case charging, and while its charging, tap it 5 times quickly, it wil start to do the blue blinky thing too, and then both earbuds will sync or something and the other bud should start working now! buggy bud out of case working bud in case (charging) 5 quick taps on working bud buds do mating dance buds make it work cuz love is forever

I feel! I have exactly the same problem they replace but still left no power supply come. I love Edifier by their sound quality but so disappointed they cannot maintain there products quality. Never buy edifier again. 😔

@@szehuijong8411 Put it outside the box for 2 3 days it will drain the charging n then put back at charging dock, hopefully it will work again, BUT THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT it will keep on doing this. Haven't got permanent solution yet.

My EDIFIER X3 TO-U headset has a problem. The left ear makes a quieter sound than the right ear. And they tell me to change phone and try reconnect bluetooth. Lol

My right earbuds also have the same problem..then I tried to gently push the two hole charging port with a tooth pick and then problem solve 😃

did you tried to clean the contacts in the case and in the earphones?
Sure. Its not problem with case. I measure voltage in case and everything looks the same in left and right ports.
