- One of the most beautiful hikes on the East Coast, and easily the best hike in Shenandoah National Park. Old Rag Summit Loop is a 10 mile loop hike with 2600 feet of elevation gain and a decent amount of rock scrambling at the top but it is incredible. Endless views and nonstop adventure.
