Some black tights or some biker shorts (or something like that) underneath and it wouldn't matter if it was a little short. biker shorts are a lifesaver for me in the summer because i love wearing dresses, but some can be a little short (plus i have a habit of sitting with my legs spread), so i have to have something underneath

I was on accutane 3 years ago and honestly it was amazing. I was scared to come off it too, i still get the odd spot when stressed or hormonal but nowhere near the extent it was before. I have a before and after folder on my phone to remind myself how far my skin has come on these days and am still amazed! Keep in mind your skin has changed for good meaning changing skin care and make up products too!

Also, in terms of you feeling like a "negative nancy", it's normal to have days when you feel down. this time of year can always exacerbate that, even if it is one's favorite time of the year, and this year, in particular, is a very difficult one for everyone. What I like is that you are open and honest about it and don't gloss over it, pretending as if things are always happy. You're always real and it's always nice to see. And I wish the dress wasn't so short because it's so cute on you! I know it will be over by the time I comment but would leggings or tights underneath help? Opaque black ones could possibly help add to the outfit and prevent any accidental flashing
A little tip that I have for outfits: I keep the basics in skirts, like khaki, navy, and black, and if I get a dress that doesn’t fit right, I just throw a skirt over the bottom half and make it a top! I rarely have to do that, I’m almost a foot shorter than Grace, but some of those Forever 21 dresses are shorter than you realize!

i have the dyson airwrap and it’s incredible!!! highly recommend it’s SO EASY to use and i am *so bad* at hair im not even joking, you literally just hold it and it does it for you! also my hair never normally holds a curl but it does with the airwrap🤍
I would suggest buying a pair of skin-colored wool tights and then putting black tights over top. This will keep you warm and help fix the short dress problem at the same time!

Don't worry about breaking out when you come off accutane. I was on it for a year and I've been off it for probably about six years now. I have had the odd spot but they've all been small and go fairly quickly. Other than that I've not had any breakouts. I've actually found that I've had more spots this year than ever before which I think is down to wearing facemasks to be honest. They tend to be around the areas where the masks sit in direct contact with my skin all the time.

Girl i was on accutane at the start of the year and was so scared aswel to stop taking it. I was on it in total for 4 months and havent taken it for about 8 months and nothing has come back! Don't worry about it coming back because i guarantee it wont xx

I have the Dyson hair wrap. I had it a year ago and didn’t use it after the first month but have started using it again recently and love it. Avoids burns and stays in really well. Would recommend if you get a good deal.
In case of another outfit emergency, if you go to the shops the other side of ikea there is a next and an outfit (sells top shop and Dorothy Perkins etc) which has saved many a panic for me!
Completely understand your fear of coming off accutane. I had the exact same fear but I don’t get breakouts any more, the most I get is 1 spot due to hormones but it’s honestly changed my skins life! Hopefully you have the same positive outcome when you come off it ❤️❤️

If it helps, I was on Accutane in my teens and actually quit early due to it affecting my mood. I had what I call "pizza face" before Accutane and I barely get one pimple on my face anymore. I know its helped so much that you think stopping will bring it back, it wont. Just keep up a good night/morning face routine. :)

Girl i was on accutane at the start of the year and was so scared aswel to stop taking it. I was on it in total for 4 months and havent taken it for about 8 months and nothing has come back! Don't worry about it coming back because i guarantee it wont xx

I have the Dyson hair wrap. I had it a year ago and didn’t use it after the first month but have started using it again recently and love it. Avoids burns and stays in really well. Would recommend if you get a good deal.
I love pajamas but somehow the matching tops always go missing. Anytime I watch Grace I’m reminded to get some new matching sets

I loved the dress from ASOS. I wondered if you could have put some skinny trousers with it and basically treated it like a top.
In case of another outfit emergency, if you go to the shops the other side of ikea there is a next and an outfit (sells top shop and Dorothy Perkins etc) which has saved many a panic for me!

Completely understand your fear of coming off accutane. I had the exact same fear but I don’t get breakouts any more, the most I get is 1 spot due to hormones but it’s honestly changed my skins life! Hopefully you have the same positive outcome when you come off it ❤️❤️

If it helps, I was on Accutane in my teens and actually quit early due to it affecting my mood. I had what I call "pizza face" before Accutane and I barely get one pimple on my face anymore. I know its helped so much that you think stopping will bring it back, it wont. Just keep up a good night/morning face routine. :)
