When Cat and Freddie were shopping, and he held up the shoe and asked for his size, I thought it was funny. Cat was SO annoyed by everything this guy did, and snapped at him like he was a child. It was tough to watch, honestly.
My thoughts exactly! Im feeling like Cat wanted Ollie and she treated Freddie this way based on her not being able to have Ollie instead and it breaks my heart to watch because Freddie is such a great guy…

She was so rude and mean to him and that was not edited. He is way too good and chill for her. He deserves someone way better than her. He is a rare and I’m so glad he was wise and did not marry her. She was flirting with Ollie and that other guy.

@@Marissa821well I’m a hetero male with no physical attraction to Freddie. Catherine was absolutely horrible to him everytime he’d try to lighten up the mood. It’s like she didn’t even want him all the tears were fake.
Cat was so cruel to Freddie and kept on using her adoption as an excuse for her bad behaviour. She talked bad about Freddie in front of his family saying he jokes around too much, its Freddies personality in that he doesn't take life too seriously unlike her.
She tried to stir drama with Demi saying she don't think Ollie's right for her because she felt rejected by him. Ollie said he thinks the nightclub cirque is pretentious, Cat took this personally and then twisted ollies words and went back to the living quarters to spread gossip.
I think Freddie realised who he was dealing with when Cat said she wanted to confront Ollie for saying he broke up with her and he was asking her if she could let it go.
I think she's worse than Sam he doesn't sugar coat things, everyone knows what he's about, he's honest and blunt about his feelings.

Shortly after the wedding that didn’t happen, Cat sought out Jake, the civil engineer, who consoled Sam in the lounge after Jasmine dumped him. Sam was one of Jake’s friends so no wonder Sam is in her circle of friends. The reason I say “shortly after” is because Cat and Jake have been living together for almost a YEAR!
So, if the couples who did marry haven’t reached their 1 year anniversaries yet ( it will be in September), Cat was quick to find someone else. Freddie did reject her but wanted to live together and get to know each other better with no cameras. But Cat probably decided…prenup, big sister, no wedding..nope, I’m out of here!

I don’t know Cat but she comes across as someone very disingenuous and dishonest. She said that Freddie blocked her after the launch but clearly something more happened.
In my humble opinion, Freddie dodged a bullet. He deserves better. He was honest and kind to her. She was not with him.
Catherine, I wouldn’t want you in my life after seeing how you treated Freddie. It’s absolutely insane that you talk about therapy all the time, but there’s not a hint of regret in your words. You basically shamed him and played with his emotions. Sure, there were things said just between the two of you, but watching him lose his spark and zest for life was terrifying. You’re like an energy vampire, just waiting for your next victim. And honestly, I don’t care about your adoption story-your energy feels shallow and insincere.

I just watched another podcast with Freddie and he seemed a lot kinder with his narrative of her than she of him.
But why is she upset for Freddie not wanting her as a friend while she had moved on? Cat please focus on your new found love. It’s sounding like your heart was in 2 places

I don’t think anyone deserves to be bullied/cyber bullied and I don’t think anyone should be saying anything rude about her parents. However, I do think she is trying to blame the edit/show and while the editing can create a sense of falsity and that is something that I try to keep in mind while watching these shows but they can’t edit your sentences to sound a certain way… She was saying things and behaving a certain way that can be considered as problematic and mean.

"There has to be the villain and unfortunately that was me" I mean, TV-show editing is one thing but unless she was purposefully acting like she was one, they only showed what she herself said, and her own actions. She goes around throwing shade at Freddie in her interviews/podcasts and in almost every one that I've seen/heard she'd go "Oh I don't know why Freddie blocked me, I wanted to be friends, yada yada". Really? No idea why he blocked her? Plus, before this she said he blocked her a few days after the reunion? Now it's instantly after the launch? Freddie's friends with everyone except her and Jake though.
In any case, if I recall correctly she wanted to launch her own branding, a book, merchandise etc. She should focus on that.
Had an ex like Cat with abandonment/rejection issues and they put me through hell for crimes I didn’t commit or had any intention to. I tried to make it work and thought our inevitable breakup was mutual and healthy, apparently it was not and they did things to hurt me on purpose.
Sometimes blocking someone is the only way to make peace with someone.

Would you like us to (1) think Freddie rejected Jake’s hug bc he’s jealous over you; and/or (2) you choosing to focus on Freddie for the night in Jake’s presence is appropriate (sort of like when you focused on and flirted with Sam in Freddie’s presence). My opinion is she got angry at Freddie's humorous attitude while shopping because her expectations were different. She expected a husband who would pay attention to her shopping needs immediately, but Freddie seemed disinterested. That's what really upset her.
The narcissist cannot be single. It’s natural to mourn the end of a relationship rather than jump into a new one. Talk is cheap. Actions show the truth.

She brought up her adoption in the first two minutes. This girl is seriously problematic, so happy Freddie set himself free.

Also in the show she just seems ungrateful for her adoption. Yeah you got put up for adoption but you were raised in a family with more opportunities than an orphan... She also didnt seem to acknowledge her parents much on her wedding day. Yes she still uses her adoption for pity.
She’s not my favourite but this comment is insensitive… she doesn’t need to be grateful for being adopted. She was a baby/ child who needed parents, and unfortunately her birth parents couldn’t do the job. She doesn’t need to be extra grateful for being adopted, her parents made the choice to adopt.

I honestly cannot believe people commenting negatively about your adoption or any of the stereotypes associated with being adopted. I think it’s incredibly brave of you to share and I honestly have a lot of respect for your parents who took you in and raised you. Lots of kids in care end up not having a family taking them on fully so even though life may have dealt you a bad hand, you are also incredibly lucky to have found what looks like a caring and supportive family in your parents.
I understand that you still have a lot to work through but I didn’t like the way you treated your parents sometimes on the show, eg when Freddie said no at the altar. You could see your parents were hurt and your mum was crying but you didn’t want them to even hold you? That scene was tough to watch for me.
I will not comment on the other things, as you say you’re working on yourself. You were not the villain, thats a way of almost not wanting to accept accountability. It was you, granted it was captured on camera, but that’s where grace comes in as I think you’re quite young and eager to learn and grow. I hope you grow from this and be better. I didn’t like you on the show but no one deserves hate on social media.

I haven't seen any comments really criticizing her adoption. From what I observed she used her adoption as a scape goat out of bad behavior, which was manipulative and not taking accountability for her poor behavior
Then we meet her parents who are actually very lovely people and seemed to have given her a wonderful life. All love was focused on her since she was an only child.
Totally understandable that people who haven't been adopted will never understand wondering who your real parents are and why they gave you up for adoption. She even said she didn't start think about it until her twenties so it didn't seem like a trauma from childhood.

You can’t tell someone’s character just by watching a show, but from what has been shown she is very condescending, talking down, aggressive, insecure: the guy is honest and admits he was cheating in the past and she holds that against him, makes jabs at him with every occasion. There is no accountability on her side, no open communication, no kindness, consideration or empathy. She is full of red flags, at least in the show.
I don’t like her. She is full of issues and very unstable. Freddie dodged a bullet as he is a gem. Hope he finds some lucky lucky gal one day.
