Live walkthrough: Killing Scurius the Rat King

How I kill the new boss, Scurius the Rat King
Very easy boss, great for newer players learning PVM. Experiienced players should be able to breeze through this boss. Roughly 60 kills per hour. Unsure of the optimal setup at this time, but I''ll be damned if I'm busting out a scythe for a boss that has a kill time of less than 60 seconds.
