I love/hate the moments when you abandon (replace) an active local project after not getting the required tags, only to draw the necessary tags right after LOL
I could probably find three things to like about any game I've ever come across. What I'm more curious about is if you see this game being a top 10 favourite by the end of the year? That's where I'm at when looking for new games. I only want to get a game that has that kind of potential. I own too many "decent" games. I want a collection of games that are all fighting with each other to be my favourite. I didn't see that kind of potential with Daybreak so I passed on it.
I find it super hard to know immediately when a game I play will be in my top 10 by the end of the year. Maybe it's easier for others to do, but I've played Daybreak more than any other game this month if that's telling.
Really want to try this one. The art vibes with me
Thank you for your insightful comments on this game. I own it, but have yet to get it played. I am going to have to fix that!
