      That's a great choice, @sardar5150! Cooking with cast iron has its benefits. Cast iron cookware is known for its durability and ability to retain and distribute heat evenly. It can also add a small amount of iron to your food, which can be beneficial for some people with iron deficiency.

    If you use the Iron Fish and the Iron Skillet daily will it cause staining of my teeth? As you would know some iron supplementation can cause your teeth to be blackened. Many thanks!

      Hi Christine! That's a great question. Using iron supplements like the Iron Fish or cooking with an iron skillet shouldn't typically cause staining of your teeth. However, if you're concerned about it, you can always take some precautions like drinking water after taking your supplement or rinsing your mouth after cooking with the skillet.

    What is the best way for the body to absorp the iron from Iron Fish water as a drink? Does it work better if you mix it with C vitamin powder for example?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Місяць тому +1

      Vitamin C: Consuming vitamin C-rich foods or supplements alongside iron can improve its absorption.
      Meat: Pairing iron-rich plant-based foods with meat can also enhance iron absorption.
      Avoid tannins and phytates: These substances found in certain foods and beverages can inhibit iron absorption.

      @randpmagnuson6711, If your ferritin levels are high, it may be an indication of iron overload in your body. High ferritin levels can be caused by conditions like hemochromatosis or liver disease, or it may be due to excessive iron supplementation.

    Could I put fish in electric tea pot? Curious cuz currentlh too hot in my area to boil in home . Hitting 100 degrees for about a month but will boil when i can

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Рік тому

      @angelac1453, It's not recommended to put fish in an electric tea pot. Tea pots are designed for boiling water and not suitable for cooking fish or any other food items. Cooking fish requires specific temperature and cooking methods to ensure it is safe to eat.
      If it's too hot in your area to cook indoors, you may consider using alternative cooking methods such as grilling outdoors, using a microwave, or preparing cold dishes that don't require cooking.
      Always prioritize food safety and follow proper cooking guidelines. If you have any doubts about cooking methods, it's best to consult a culinary expert or refer to reliable cooking resources.
      Stay safe and enjoy your meals! 🐟🌞
