The Paper Replika models require you to open with a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Just download the template, open with PDF reader, and enter the password paper-replika.com and you shouldn't have any issues. This is explained clearly on the Paper Replika site.

I completely forgot... most of airigami are difficult to shape the round nose... but for Concorde airigami, it's not a problem at all... Well done...

Nope, it was actually easier because there were fewer pieces than most other planes' cockpits.
