This is the problem of the previous HC and now Raheem…they don’t know how to utilize thier talent. It’s so obvious that Bijan likes to see the lanes and make defenders miss but he is just not effective when running through defenses, that’s what Tyler Algier’s strength. I just wonder who these coaches are just not really smart
That 3rd conversion percentage is our team real problem. More 3rd down conversions means more time of possession, more opportunities to score and more rest for our defense. If we can improve in that area this team will go deep into the playoffs.

The refs most definitely cheated us on that PI but cmon bruh we ran the ball to the outside when we needed a inch. Not going for that fg late in the 4th and trying to get a first down was crazy. Not finding ways to get Pitts the ball is crazy. And our OC i think can be real good at times and other times he seem like he's in over his head and doesn't adjust. And kirk is playing good but he's gotta run and get the first sometimes because these teams know he's not gonna run and playing him like it. So they just gotta do better all around as group

Rodgers is regarded as a mobile quarterback and it's been over a year since he tore his Achilles. He didn't start running around until his third game. Kirk might just need a bit more time before he feels comfortable doing that. I would love to see them do some trick plays where they make it look like a run but then Kirk throws it. Check out the Chiefs players interviews (Bolton's). They knew exactly what we were gonna do. They need to not be so predictable ... like do the exact same play call for the second 4th and inches play.
Kirk has to have gunslinger mentality out on the field. Get that ball out of his hand ,and don't be afraid. The OC needs to KP to a wide receiver position from time to time. Learn to be unpredictable!
They need to add to the roster. This roster is not supwrbowl ready. But it's tough to watch kirk nor be able to run for short yardage 1st downs. In this age paying a immobile QB $180mill is franchise suicide
