I.e. their commanders throw a temper tantrum and charge head first towards the abnormality.
This state of mind have made O-5 command designate MTF-69 as first response for new abnormalities, with the purpose to ascertain the danger they propose. And they should additionally be top priority when known SCPs experience significant behavioral changes or large scale containment breaches, where collateral damage is of no concern.
