Meditations are awesome! I’ve only been doing meditations for about three years and really doing them for a year. They have changed my life along with subliminals or affirmations at night. As a born again BELIEVER and former pastor I have begun to look into these teachings and compare them with my Christian Scriptures. My number one goal is to learn how to communicate with my God and my savior better. And also this: New Living Translation John 10:1 “I tell you the truth, anyone who sneaks over the wall of a sheepfold, rather than going through the gate, must surely be a thief and a robber! Had another Scripture listed about God and wealth but then I felt a pressure checked my comment and the Deuteronomy Scripture I had listened was gone :( I will say this the little I have learned so far has allowed me to adjust my state of mind so that when under tremendous stress the other day with unbelievably high blood pressure (on the way to hospital) allowed me to reduce my blood pressure before I even got to the emergency room. It’s funny when you realllly think about it and we created “science”. Yet we have also created these “facts” and things that help us along the way.. i’ve been getting into so many healing modalities recently for trauma issues, and it’s making me realize how much we don’t know but also how much power we have and how amazing and intelligent our bodies are without us even realizing. I went for three sessions of brain feedback a few months back and i didn't get any benefit out of it. But after three days of mind valley subscription all my worries are gone, I feel that I am protected and I am not anxious about my future even though I lost my job a month ago due to reduction in head count. Everything this man is talking about is real. There was a time I went into fasting and eating clean and switching off all devices and distractions and all i did was pray and meditate. I promise you everything I did and wanted happened exactly how I wanted and when i wanted it too. I even went so far to say God if you can talk to me in any way, nature, words and visions please do. and I tell you if I prayed for something I would read a verse in the bible that answered my prayers. On Tv and in books, what ever I was talking to answered me! The biggest and amazing thing was when I said let me hear an audible voice....and I did!

Just because you, or science, doesn't rationally understand the parting of the Red Sea doesn't mean that it couldn't have happened. Our knowledge and rational mind is in its infancy. The instructions the Creator gave us to multiply and occupy, which assures our survival, is not acheived by anything other than the traditional family unit. Perhaps the rational Creator of the Earth knew that and that's why He have the the instructions He gave us. The more we learn about the Quantum world, entanglement, etc, the more rational all of the stories in the ancient books become.

How can I be sure that what i'm saying to myself is not something that I think I want to hear based on social stress and norms. And what can I do about it?
You’re only brought down if you’re living in the past. Replaying stories from the past in your head is a waste of energy because the past doesn’t exist. It’s all made up in your mind and you keep putting yourself there as if it was real therefore it puts you down.

I refer to the point of: "The 2300 patents Thomas Edison "invented"" ... most of which was NOT his creativity but from other scientists (eg Tesla) who worked for him, and from those whom he coerced. 0 what I could tell you about lucid dreams and when I'm in that that your heartbeat is so low that it almost seems like you're not alive My mom would always look at me and tell me I was so peaceful and heartbeat was really low she didn't know if I was still alive so she would get scared and wake me up
Yes that works. I now have learned to in one sweep do this with my entire body. I imagine a wave starting at My feet and ending at my head. I state," I am relaxed, I am releasing all tension. My inate smart body ensures this is completed with my best intentions parameters naturally and efficiently for the greatest good of all." Something I picked up after the shift. I do my best not to say too much about it because when I have in the past, I've noticed that there's a dip in my productivity, making me think that when I spend time talking about what I am doing, rather than doing it, I am spending vital creative energy on the potential results when I should be working on my music and letting my music speak for itself. I am just now getting to the point that I am able to start re-recording my music. There was a time when I wasn't as conscious of how important my music was and as a twist of fate, I lost all my music, home and everything I owned in a California wildfire. If I would've been more dedicated and consistent, I would have had it done and ready to go long before then and I would have been in a completely different place literally and figuratively. Lesson learned. Haha.

I'm going to value me for my sake and appreciate me and see my intrinsic beauty. I'm not going to need anything from me and I'm not going to make me a tool to satisfy my own needs. Just because you, or science, doesn't rationally understand the parting of the Red Sea doesn't mean that it couldn't have happened. Our knowledge and rational mind is in its infancy. The instructions the Creator gave us to multiply and occupy, which assures our survival, is not acheived by anything other than the traditional family unit. Perhaps the rational Creator of the Earth knew that and that's why He have the the instructions He gave us. The more we learn about the Quantum world, entanglement, etc, the more rational all of the stories in the ancient books become.

How can I be sure that what i'm saying to myself is not something that I think I want to hear based on social stress and norms. And what can I do about it?
