- Another one season challenge/guide, this time with Aston Martin where we take Alonso to his third championship. Apologies for the scuffed audio.

So, the audio is scuffed in this one as I've managed to toggle off the Nvidia Noise Cancellation and doubled up on a different setting that made this boxy sounding mess. I've tried for the past hours to fix it to no luck so I can guarantee I am no sound engineer. Apologies and hope you still enjoy.
I also uploaded a even more scuffed one before this so extra apologies for those who caught it.

thank you for this i was struggling to upgrade my car thinking the balanced upgrades would help and never saw any difference in time and my jaw dropped when i saw my merc go from almost not making it to q3 to pole positions and being at the front with actual speed. anyway thanks a lot gained my sub
Just reached S2 in my F1 Manager 22 game it’s going better than expected
I'm in 2035 in my 22 game, looking to win a second championship with Ollie Bearman for Aston Martin. Got one with Lance in 2032 after big regulation changes. Then Ollie won 2034 after I stuffed up in 2033.

I was prioritising engagement ahead of race day on sponsors on the basis that getting the max amount would be entirely under my control. But you’re right in your videos that this is only achieved by nerfing yourself, whereas race goals incentivise getting better - planning for success, not failure

With Aston Martin starting basically at the bottom end of Formula A as it’s called taking them to both titles in season one is definitely a possibility
4:12 why do you maximize engine cooling on the first sidepods? Mercedes has the best engine in terms on durability. If you run on purple and avoinding kerbs (between 10-20 laps per GP) the engine lasts fine until Monaco (I forgot to change Lance's PU parts until canada and he has 28% ICE, 58% ERS and 30% Gearbox.

Mainly just insurance, the gain in performance from not focusing cooling isn't high enough for me to sacrifice it. Allows for a guaranteed season where we don't really need to buy any extra parts. While that is doable without it it is just insurance.
@@lyonhaert4107 I forgot to change Lance's engine 2 consecutive GP. Then it was Monaco. NEVER use new engine parts in Monaco because it's easy to crash. By the way Lance ended 7th with that parts.
@@NeroBax Using Mercedes engines if your drivers doesn't crash you will end the championship without changing pieces. I've done more 5 whole seasons with Mercedes engine on different teams and I have never used an extra piece.

Oh I have a save where I'm trying the same challenge. I'm in Canadian GP. Alonso managed to win 3 races (China, Miami and Monaco) + 2 sprints. I would pay over 1000€ for this to be reality.
According to the cars stats im only 4th best car.

Are you gonna play only one season? I 'm asking because if you invest on next year's car is harder than going full design and manufacturing.
My game challenge in 2023 and 2022 was to make Alonso 7 or more times WDC and found a couple of glitches. The spanish commentator when you win the first championship ingame says it' only two-times wc. I also remember in FM22 when I made him win the 4th championship, historical stats they started messing around. I think it went from 4 to 6 in one season.
Poor maths by Frontier hehe.

Just checking, for some reason after i signed a driver for the next season i cant keep it as the new season starts january first he is signed for other team, i even confirmed on the 31st of december and it said he and starting a contract with my team january 1st, any tips?
AI does weird stuff with contracts at the moment. Basically they bought him out without the game telling you.. Isn't really much you can do.
To counter that i got the break multiplier to 10x, needless to say i started season 4 with 1 billion balance 😄

It is a pc mod so unfortunately not avaliable for ps5.
