Looked like a super chill sesh George. I'm glad you're putting less pressure on yourself and just going with the flow. That's something I've been trying to work on. Setting goals and some expectations is good to some extent, but how you handle it determines wether out of hand or not. Just accepting things for what they are and just loving for what it is then what you think it could be. As I'm typing this I realize how much I need to use the advice I'm typing right now. 😅 Much love. ✌️

We are here for your journey man and appreciate all you do, whenever you do it. Time takes its toll, at 29 and recovering from injury, but progress is progress.
I’m 45 and nursing a shoulder injury I got from the world’s tiniest bank but I still got out a few times (and landed on my shoulder again…oof!). But yeah, you have to be ready at all times to become whatever skater you have to be. Sometimes you have to bypass your goal achieving mission for a period and just go with the flow.

george, i've always gotten this vibe from you that you were always trying to be something you were not or that you thought you had to act a certain way but i feel that now your being more yourself and your not caring about the world around you, love the new vibe💯

i like this new style of george. you seem more authentic and much happier with your skating. ive been wanting to start meditation, but i dont really know where to start.
Sit on the ground and try not to think about anything
It's not about trying not to think about anything, it's about trying to observe your thoughts. Notice how they come into your mind, and just observe them, notice how they leave the mind after a while. There are many different mediation techniques and it's honestly about finding a technique that resonates with you.

You should make a video "do you actually lose tricks?" And in the video try to land tricks you think you've lost, I feel like I lost bs 5-0 but I can still back tail, so I feel like it's a mental block.

Ain't anything wrong with just going with the flow in skating and just skating to skate as like I am not the best skater so for me I just skate to skate, I do want to progress but I mostly just try to keep up with what I can already do and sometimes learn new things. I find caring too much about progression just makes me less happy in my skating and makes it too serious like I don't need to be the best skater as I ain't going to be sponsored and I am not trying to prove anything to anybody .
