    I just bought the cheap trampoline at Walmart.
    I wanna see if I stick to using it before I go bigger.
    I’m gonna use my kids trampoline socks with the grips on the bottom 😂

    So is this better for you than walking? The health bounce is more tiring, no?

      @@Trthsker24 rebounding is a more effective form of movement in less time than many. Studies have shown it is better on the body than running. 10 minutes of rebounding equates to a 30 min run. You can google scientific benefits of rebounding or check out my older videos. My point of my account is not showing one movement better than another but helping people find accessible movement that they enjoy. As movement you hate is movement that will never happen.
